Alethia Achenksova, better known as Arch, has been a pinnacle of activity and dedication in Clan Odan Urr since his last promotion. It has been my distinct honor to have Arch as my Aedile for the past seven months. In his duties as Aedile he has played an integral role in both the formation as well of completion of several projects we have undertaken. These projects include the maintaining of our House wiki, the creation of and wikifying of our new planet Daleem. Both of these have required Arch to actively participate in idea generating discussions with other project members while drafting out designs and editing to fit the direction of the project. Also Arch has assisted in the creation of and running of our recent House vs. House event Battle Formations. Arch has also spent the past seven months as an ACC Judge, which our combat master will cover below.

Arch is not just a hard worker in positions and for projects, he is an active member as well. Since his last promotion Arch has organized four competitions while participating in 77 competitions. This has earned him 7 Crescents with Ruby Star, 14 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 10 Crescents with Sapphire Star, 1 Crescent with Emerald Star, 1 Crescent with Topaz Star, and 1 Crescent with Quartz Star. Quite the haul of Crescents for his trophy wall. Competitions are not the only thing in which Arch participates in. He is also an active gamer with 8 PvP matches and 3 PvP activities under his belt and earning 186 Clusters of Fire and 121 Clusters of Earth.

Arch also enjoys writing fiction. He has written for 6 fiction activities consisting of 6657 words of fiction, and earning 17 Clusters of Ice for his efforts. I have found myself relying on Arch to proof every piece of fiction that I write these days.

In addition to all of this, Arch has earned himself 1 Grand Cross of the Darkside, and 1 Dark Cross. Both of which our combat master will detail below. To finish up his extensive list of awards, Arch has earned 1 Scroll of Indoctrination and 4 Scrolls of Foundation.

Arch has also demonstrated a thirst to continue learning as he has passed 16 Shadow Academy courses earning himself 5 degrees.

To say that is has been an honor and privilege to work closely with Arch as my Aedile is an understatement. I have watched him learn and grow these past seven months to become the amazing leader and role model for Clan Odan Urr and House Satele Shan that he is today. He has become a confidant and good friend as well. Arch, it is with great pride that I write this recommendation for your promotion to Equite 2. Keep up the good work and I know that soon we will be writing another of these for you.

I must have done some great things in a past life to deserve someone like Arch on my summit. Others have covered his specific accomplishments in exhaustive detail but I would like to discuss the value that someone of his dedication, maturity and professionalism brings to a volunteer organization like ours. I can easily say that House Shan and the Clan as a whole are better places because of Arch’s service and leadership. One need only look to his impressive accomplishments to see the truth of that statement. Along with his Quaestor Mako, Arch has almost completely remade House Shan into a beacon of activity and fictional development that will continue for the foreseeable future. The impact he has had is a mark of a true leader and that is why his elevation with the equite ranks is long overdue.

A few days after being hired to serve as an ACC Judge, Archen was promoted to the rank of Equite 1. In the seven months of service since then, Archen has been one of the most active ACC Judges on staff. To that end, I’ve contributed to a Grand Cross for his work as a Judge and then later awarded him a Dark Cross for his work on the Lightsaber Combat Exam.

Since the last time I awarded him on metrics alone, Archen has marked 2 Qualification Exams and graded 6 ACC Matches. With any given match taking at least 45 minutes (minimum/typical estimate) to grade, this keeps him healthy and on track with the rest of the Judging staff.

Beyond this, Archen engages in discussion on both Telegram and Email chains whenever I ask for feedback from my team. This often manifests itself in the form of discussing Character Sheet mechanics and logistics, as well as other fictional additions to the system. He was invaluable for his contributions to the naming and logistics of ** Martial Arts Forms** revamp. He was also heavily involved in the NFU NPC project, where he proofed and provided content for the creation of the new unique Feats.

Archen is an important part of the ACC Staff. I appreciate having him as a subordinate, and it’s been a pleasure to work and continue to work with him on projects. Congratulations on this promotion, buddy. You earned it.

Farrin Xies has served the Dark Brotherhood in the role of Consul of Clan Tarentum and Headmaster of the Dark Brotherhood since he was elevated to the rank of Battlemaster. During this time Farrin provided Tarentum six months of steady leadership and guided the Clan through its continued emergence as a force within the Dark Brotherhood. In addition to his duties as a Consul, Farrin also served the Dark Brotherhood as a whole by dedicating his time and efforts first as Magistrate and then Praetor to the Headmaster. It was during this time that Farrin set himself apart from the rest of the Shadow Academy staff and became the unanimous choice to replace Dacien Victae di Plagia as the Headmaster.

Since assuming the role of Headmaster, Farrin has become an integral part to the Dark Council. He has initiated the rewrite of courses and continues to work through the long and arduous process of updating courses that are long past due. Farrin has also demonstrated an exceptional capability to support the Dark Brotherhood on a myriad of other tasks ranging from possessions work to providing feedback on other Councilor’s projects.

Farrin is a dedicated member and leader of our club and his elevation to Battlelord is well deserved. Congrats!

Battlemaster Farrin Xies has performed above and beyond a traditional Equite Two. Typically our members serve as House Leaders or are just entering the position of Proconsul at this rank. Farrin; however, is not a traditional Equite. Over the past ten months he has served as both a Consul and a Dark Councilor. These positions often fall upon the shoulders of our Elders, but Farrin has proven that he is more than capable to serve among our elite.

Statistically, Farin has served as a CON for six months and the Headmaster for four months. During that time he has organized 4 competitions, co-organized 21, participated in 26, and earned merit awards for both his work in Tarentum and within the Shadow Academy.

Farrin’s work in Tarentum, as detailed by Sarin, focused on maintaining the positive momentum of his predecessor and continuing Tarentum’s steady path of improvement since their days as a House. Farrin organized his leadership with a mix of junior and senior leaders and stabilized a Clan in need of a solid foundation.

As the Headmaster, Farrin has led the major restructuring of the SA by appointing new Professors, releasing the Lightsaber course, releasing the Martial Arts course, releasing the Diablo 3 Primer course, updating the Planets and Moons course, updating the Fist-o-Matic course, and creating and promoting a simple and easy to use error form so members can easily report mistakes and typos in SA courses.

Farrin has served our club in an unbelievable manner and he is greatly deserving of this promotion. Congrats!

Farrin made my job as Headmaster easy. He was a constant source of energy, ideas, and effort focused on making the Shadow Academy a better place. As my magistrate and then praetor, Farrin was involved in just about every decision I made, received every email I sent, and stepped up -- particularly in my final few weeks, as my replacement was being selected (surprise: it was Farrin) -- to effectively run the Shadow Academy when my work obligations left me too little time to do it justice. Tebbo Jensen has done his time in rank and has gone above and beyond with his activity. He has participated in a grand total of 24 competitions for which he earned 16 Crescents. Tebbo is also co-hosting a Wiki competitions with me and has plans for hosting his own Fiction competitions. He has passed The Leadership Competitions and Management Shadow Academy courses and has already attained the 4th Rank in the Shadow Academy.

Tebbo is also a talented writer. As his Master I had the privilege of reading his works and I must say they're quite good. Tarentum has really gained a strong writer with his presence. He has written a solid 1700 word piece on his Character, earned 9 Clusters of Ice and has reached the 5th Inquisitorius rank.

As his Master I look forward to see him develop his career further and I'm glad that I can be a part of it. Yeoman Tebbo Jensen you have earned the right to call yourself a Professional. Congratulations!

Tebbo has been working hard, participating in twelve competitions since his last promotion, writing nearly 3000 words of fiction, picking up nine crescents and a Dark Cross. He is becoming an active member of the Clan, visiting Telegram and learning what he needs to know about the Brotherhood. Under Frosty's tutelage he has gotten himself a good foothold and finally reached the point where it's time to strike out on his own. Since joining the Clan, Jason has proven himself to be a great asset to our numbers. He works diligently on his promotion requirements as well as showing himself to be somewhat of a gaming savant. In the 21 days since his last promotion Jason has, logged into both the CNS Telegram channel and the Dark Brotherhood Voice Server, Participated in a total of 9 competitions 4 of which he has placed in. His gaming has seen him rise to rank 4 in the GMRG as well as obtaining a huge 7 Pendants of Blood and 220 Clusters of Earth. Finally, Jason has co-organised 2 competitions, ‘Diablo 3 Season 7: Rift Running’ and ‘The First Duel’

Just by looking at his dossier it is evident that Jason is someone who doesn’t just do exactly what is required of him and then stop, he is someone who is looking to participate actively in the Brotherhood and I can am proud to say that he has more than earned this promotion.

Every so often a new Journeyman comes over the horizon, and proves once again how tenacious those little buggers can be. Jason is certainly that. Yeah, I could point out the statistics, or just echo what has already been said about my apprentice. I don't think that it reflects how truly driven Jason has been. With each promotion that has come, his first question has always been "okay what do we do next?"

Some people would be happy to hit a certain benchmark and then just sit easy. Not Jason. When we were discussing the Shadow Academy and I pointed out some of the goals he could complete, he didn't express a particular interest in tackling them just then. However he did reassure me that "oh, I will tackle them all eventually. I will make my way through the entire Shadow Academy."

Honestly, that kind of attitude is spectacular, to have a set goal he has already decided to work toward. Some people would be happy with Rank IV, Rank V, or maybe even rank VII or VIII, but Jason has his eyes set on higher things- even if he is going about it at a slower speed than most.

Given the fervor he has shown in knocking down the goals on his path, I am excited to see to what heights he will soar. You have earned this promotion, Jason, and I look forward to seeing what else you bring to the table as you ascend toward Knighthood and beyond!

While I am new to the position of BTL, I am not at all new to what it takes to be a successful Journeyman. Tyraal has exemplified that sense of duty and completed many tasks, including some tough ones. Not only has he met his requirements, he was awarded a Crescent and 12 Clusters of Ice along the way. Those awards have happened just since his last promotion, as it happens. Tyraal has also done many competitions.

Neophyte Tyraal is an excellent example of an active member, and Zirael is proud to have him. I highly recommend he be moved forward to Acolyte and look forward to seeing him in action in the future.
