Primary reason

Maelous has been a battleteam leader since before I became Quaestor of HMR. I had seen him occasionally on IRC, however it wasn’t until I became summit and started working with Mael one on one did I take note of his drive and desire to see his unit succeed not only his House but the Battleteam as well. Sometimes it is hard to put into words how much a person means when they are a part of a team, when Muz asked me to write this recommendation I couldn't think of one person who is more than ready to join the Equite group. His dedication is not something I can put into words. He is the first to volunteer for various projects that people need help with. I could go on and on about Maelous, but I won’t I will say however, that without Mael I am not sure where the House would be at today. It comes with great pride that I write this recommendation for you Maelous, Congrats on your promotion! ~Teu, Quaestor of Marka Ragnos

Maelous may not have been here long, but in that short time, he has already made a lasting difference. Even just individually, he is a very committed member, frequently taking part in activities, as his tally of medals attests to. However, his personal activity only touches the surface. As a Battleteam Leader, Maelous is passionate, and dedicated to the people he leads. Where many Battleteam Leaders do little more than pass the time and make it appear a trivial role with no real value, I often wake to find new emails from Maelous, or recommendations he has sent for his team members, which is a sure sign of a leader whose heart and mind are with the ones he serves.

But Maelous's work does not just stop there. Behind the scenes, he has been involved in projects such as the upcoming Lightsaber Combat Guide, a project that has involved much research and many hours of writing, often with no immediate sign of reward due to how far away the light at the end of the tunnel has sometimes been, but this has not held Maelous back, and he has still put in the time and effort. This alone is reason enough to thank Maelous for what he puts back into the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, and so I warmly extend my support to his elevation into the ranks of the Equites, and look forward to where the future takes him. Congratulations, Sith Warrior, you have more than earned it. ~Darth Vexatus, Son of Sadow

What can I say about Maelous? Since his last elevation, he has earned seven crescents (one a CrR), a SoI, and a Dark Cross. Plus he serves as a Battleteam leader, kicks tail in huge events like the Crusade, and is seeking greater leadership positions within the DB and Clan. But what he has done for the overall DJB is much, much more than this. The man delivers hard work as promised, far above and beyond what many do. It's been my pleasure to have him work under me as a direct report on two major projects, the upcoming Lightsaber Construction Guide and the Brotherhood Alchemy Guide. Each clocked in at over 10,000 words and counting. When you ask Maelous to do something, he just does it and grinds away- no questions asked. And then asks for more. His research and work was invaluable in both of these upcoming documents, and they will forever change the DJB for the better. One could not ask for a better team member. Maelous is one of those one in a million members who is making his mark, and making it strongly upon the entire club with his work. The work he has done is far beyond what most people do to reach Equite One. Congratulations, Equite. I wish we had ten more like you in this club! ~Macron Sadow, Consul Emeritus

In ancient Rome, Equite meant something special. It meant that through great works and deeds, that a soldier had risen above and was deserving of special priviledges. In our Brotherhood, it still bears much of the same distinction. Those who are marked as Equites find themselves rising to prominence, pushing their own capabilities as they drive those they serve with to ever higher accomplishments. That first step is the ahrdest to take. It signifies that one no longer needs their hand held. That they do not need the clearly delineated trials to keep going. That they are able to actually see the Brotherhood as more than just a single player game. In short, it means that they get it.

Today, I am typing this because I have watched a young knight toil very hard in support of a few great projects. Typically, these are the sort of long-tailed projects that people burn out from or give up on long before they reach completion, which is when the accolades and awards go out. That's not good enough for Maelous. His work in content generation and research has been frankly unbefitting a Knight. I have been impressed with his work ethic, his drive, and his desire to do more for this club that we all spend so many hours enjoying. It is not only an indicator of his career potential here in the club, but also of his character as a person. It is this sort of work, this sort of attitude that I hope to see more often. Those above me will speak in specifics, counting medals, giving dates. I will save that for them. As for myself, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for the work you've done, for the love that you bring to the game, and for the time you have spent with us. It's made our brotherhood better. ~Muz Ashen, Dark Lord of the Sith

It's never an easy task to train someone up to the rank of Knight. It's a harder task indeed to come to a club with little to no knowledge of Star Wars beyond the bare-bones basics of the movies and delve into a rich and storied history and drink it so deeply it becomes an integral part of what you do with your time. Rhiann is someone who has come a long way since joining the Brotherhood, not just in the scope of her Star Wars knowledge but her willingness to come out of her shell and participate with a large group of new people and actively work at becoming a part of this very wonderful community. I know there likely won't be many other recs on this page other than mine, so it is my goal here to paint a picture worth far more than a thousand words, to give Rhiann the best possible gift on the day of the most memorable promotion that many members in the Brotherhood cherish for their entire careers.

The rank of (Dark) Jedi Knight is a very important step for every member - it's the day they step out of the shell of requirements and numerical promotions, step out from the shadows of their Masters and become someone of their totally own reckoning, raised and judged on their own merits to greater heights as they explore the deepest depths of our wonderful club. Today is that day. Today is the day Rhiann stands on her two feet and shouts to the heavens that she has joined the ranks of the Knights. Today is the day that Rhiann steps forward and takes the spotlight for her ceaseless work and is recognised for the incredible person that she is.

I've known Rhiann for a period longer than a year now - at first she wasn't quite sure what to think of me, but now I am very proud to call her one of my closest friends. She joined the Brotherhood after I told her about it, during my period of recruiting for Clan Naga Sadow towards the end of 2013. Her first hesitation was a lack of Star Wars knowledge beyond the bare basics, which I waved off. We as members know that's not so important to be a member here, so much as the person you are is important. Her second hesitation was the fact that it would be meeting a lot of new people, something she wasn’t entirely comfortable with. I waved that off too, telling her that the Brotherhood has some of the best people I know. She became a member of the Clan under my tutelage and reached the rank of Protector in a matter of days, which is always a formidable achievement in and of itself. However, that's not the best part of her time spent in the Brotherhood in my eyes. A lot of our friendship has built and grown over the period that she has spent in the Brotherhood, and it's been more than one late night that we've been sitting up on Skype, working on competition entries, playing Pazaak, promotion requirements or ideas for projects that either of us are currently undertaking. Of course, there's plenty we do outside the Brotherhood, but this does now take up a good part of what we do and I feel this is a worthwhile way to pursue a friendship.

After a short vacation, Rhiann made the switch to House Odan-Urr after I joined it, a decision that she has expressed to me that she has not regretted it. Immediately we got straight into the task of preparing her for her next rank promotion, almost all of which she had done the work for thanks to her tireless efforts during her last promotions. She is like a machine, working hard consistently to put out the results that she knows she needs to get, making her work even harder for what she wants. Since her last promotion alone, she's earned 19 Clusters of Fire, a Legion of the Scholar and an incredible six Crescents - three for first place, two for second and one for third. That's a strong track record, especially when taking into consideration her opposition in many cases were seasoned Equites and members who know how to put out results for Brotherhood competitions. That's not all, of course. Her Cluster of Fire total is just over 150 (all of which was from kicking my ass at Pazaak repeatedly), her completed competitions number 18 and she has a Dark Cross for consistent hard work for Clan Naga Sadow. Not only this, but she successfully ran a Brotherhood-wide graphics competition and judged it, which is a solid achievement for any Journeyman. She's also written a series of competitions for House Odan-Urr at the Summit's request for a project, for which the feedback has been great. Finally, she's written a 3000+-word fiction and completed her character wiki page as approved by Shadow. Almost all of these were completed in the past seven days alone, a testament to her drive and ability to get work done in a timely and efficient manner.

If anyone has any doubt that Rhiann Baenre is anything other than a dedicated, hardworking member of the Brotherhood, let those doubts be laid to rest now. When Rhiann sets her mind to a task, it gets done to the absolute best of her ability. Considering the constant and incredible results that she has given us over the past months, that ability goes above and beyond that which many Equites can give out. Not only this, but she's proven herself to be a multi-faceted and talented individual in each of those aspects. She's an incredible artist that I hope one day will join the Herald staff. She's a keen gamer - not just on Brotherhood platforms, too, and her results in Clusters show that. She's a wonderful writer with the ability to spin mind-blowing pieces of fiction that never fail to bring a tear to your eye or let a smile crawl its way across your lips, whenever she demands it happen. Her pure skill at completing competitions is impeccable, too – for her eighteen completed competitions, she’s placed in twelve of them. These competitions range from creative naming to trivia to graphics, fiction and wiki. Her talents are numerous and many; none can dispute that. Rhiann is the kind of member the Brotherhood needs in the future: someone adaptable, able to handle multiple roles as need be. Yet I’ve never heard someone say a bad word about her. Her activity in IRC proves this; she gets along great with her House-mates and those from other units and is always ready to just sit down and chat. This is a good attitude. Someone willing to get out there and mingle with other units is just as important as skill in the Brotherhood as we look towards the future.

Members like Rhiann are the future of the Brotherhood, and it makes me smile to know just how bright our future looks.

I am extremely proud to call Rhiann not only my student but also my friend – and now it is time to give my friend something she ever so richly deserves. Therefore, it is my absolute pleasure to recommend Rhiann Baenre for the rank of Jedi Knight, a promotion so richly deserved. Take up your lightsaber and rise a Knight of Odan-Urr!

Seridan is a great member, and has already been tested by the stress of a leadership role. Seridan helped lead his team, taking steps to ensure that communication was renewed and people were set on the right path. On top of this, the guy participated in 18 total competitions, such as A disturbance in the Force, DB History, or update!, Cave Diving, and Blades in the Shadows to name but a few, and placing in 6 of those 18 competitions. He was also awarded a merit medal for his amazing persistent activity. He passed Leadership Fundamentals, as well as getting to SA Rank 3. On top of this, he's been posting regularly in the Fading Light Run On, and working diligently on his writing with his master.

When I first met Meleu in Plagueis' IRC channel, I could tell then he was going to be a wonderful addition to the unit. He showed great enthusiasm towards the process and rapidly progressed through the early ranks as fast as I could check things off. He ripped off SA exams at a breathtaking pace, having now reached Rank IV in the Shadow Academy and holding two Dark Maven degrees. I was even motivated by his enthusiasm for the Academy and got off my duff to finish some things. He's also been active in competitions, competing in 12 to date while earning 3 Crescents.

Beyond that, Meleu's also become a strong contributor to the clan. He sought out ways to help from the beginning and kept on trucking. Most recently he completed a write up of Plagueis' main base, the Anchorage, that had been long neglected. He did a stellar job and earned the second of his two Dark Crosses in the process. Meleu also has written a solid fiction and is showing the potential to being a strong addition to Plagueis' writers.

I am personally quite proud to see your hard work and perseverance pay off. I hope this is just one more step in a long and prosperous career in the DJB.

Aiden has been a wonderful addition to Taldryan, and has continued his constant activity since joining the Clan. He has participated in well over 10 competitions, managing to earn him himself a number of Crescents along the way. He has continued his string of SA courses, while also starting to add gaming to his activity repertoire.

Along with earning a couple of merit medals for his activity, AIden has also become a very active communicator in the Clan, being a constant presence on IRC as well as being highly active on the mailing list. He has been a wonderful apprentice and I look forward to seeing more from him. Congratulations, Aiden!

Additional reasons

Ever since Aiden has joined the Brotherhood and transferred into Taldryan he has been a pleasure to work with. He is an easy to talk with guy and is always eager to grow and expand his knowledge within the Clan as well as the Brotherhood. His activity level is unrivaled by other members around his rank and stretches out to nearly every field the Club has to offer, may it be Gaming, Fiction or Shadow Academy, even leadership is something Aiden doesn't turn his back on, as he most lately has shown by claiming the position of Battleteam Sergeant of the Battleteam Wardens.

That being said, it is my greatest pleasure to recommend the promotion of Guardian Aiden Dru to be promoted to the rank of Jedi Hunter. Congratz Aiden, well done!

Rian Taldrya, 2014-03-08 14:46:38 UTC

Aiden has been a fantastic addition to Taldryan's ranks, through his embodiment of our unofficial (aka: annoying and pestering) motto: do all the things. He's taken to Brotherhood activities like a panda to bamboo, participating in both the gaming and Shadow Academy societies, as well as the core activity: fiction and run-oning. He is currently helping spearhead a Crusade 2 (Electric Boogaloo) run on team along with Zoron.

From my own perspective, he's also been extremely active on IRC and via the mailing lists - and has really taken a shine to embodying the spirit and culture of Taldryan. For these above activities, as well as his fufilling the written guidelines - promote his ass to Jedi Hunter.

Congratulations, man. Now, do all the DJK things!

Howlader Taldrya, 2014-03-08 15:43:02 UTC

Dru, since joining has been the ideal member. He has done an amazing job with passing SA exams, raking in medals through gaming and competition, has a consistent IRC presence and is always looking for more things to do. This includes expressing an interest in leadership.

I feel that Aiden is more than deserving of this promotion. Im very interested to see what he's going to do in the future and I'm eager to see him continue to grow. His passion, loyalty, and willingness to improve, traits, that keep me impressed with him. Well done Aiden. Keep going and forever do all the things!

Sometimes Mirus is almost too active, if there was such a thing, he makes me wonder if there’s no pause button or off switch on him. When he’s not working on one project or another then he’s coming up with ideas for new ones. He has been consistently active in competitions as well, including both the Crusades, normal competitions and last months Clan competition in Clan Naga Sadow, Clan Artisans, where he was both the most active member but also the most successful one.

He came up with the idea of a leadership guide, which is still a work in progress, for future leaders in Clan Naga Sadow so they can get an idea of how we do things around here, among other things it is meant to help in case we get a leadership collapse like the one we did last year, as it is a work in progress Mirus was constantly bugging the rest of the summit to get their sections finished, which can be seen as annoying but it is more accurately evidence for how much he cares for the wellbeing of his unit and the Brotherhood as a whole.

He also came up with the idea of creating an intro document for new members that gives them a quick overview of the Clan and the Brotherhood, and not only was it his idea he also created the whole thing on his own.

He was constantly looking for new ways to improve himself and Clan Naga Sadow, frequently reaching out to other unit leaders to hear their perspective on different matters, among others he has reached out to both Arcona and Odan Urr to find out how they do things to see if we can implement them in Naga Sadow.

It has been eleven months since he was last promoted and since then he has accumulated hundreds of Clusters of Fire, several Crescents and a handful of Novae, he has also earned a handful of Crosses. Furthermore he has served two months as Battleteam Leader of a battleteam he created and developed, two months as Quaestor of Marka Ragnos and three months as Aedile of Marka Ragnos where he was constantly in contact with the members to get them to be more active, one of the things he did to that effect was also running a weekly trivia competition.

For his constant nagging and dedication to his unit I would like to promote him to Krath Archpriest, but I will settle for Guardian Warden since he was seduced by the light. Congratulations Vaar! Now go create that teal warbanner you’ve been talking about for ages.

Mirus approached Orv and myself a while ago because he was interested in doing graphics for the Herald Office. We weren't ready at the time, but Mirus patiently waited, and eventually got that chance. This is where I learned just what a force he is to reckon with when motivated. We hired him to work on warbanners and frankly I wasn't expecting him to literally tackle everything overnight, but he did, and in fact I had to tell him to slow down because I couldn't keep up! He didn't just "do" banners either. He made sure every single member liked the work, and if their instructions weren't clear, or he had an idea, he made several versions of the banner for the member to ponder over, which went well beyond what his task was to do. To date Mirus has worked on well over a dozen of them (and report graphics!), and having been CCd on all, I can happily say that he does not disappoint. He takes criticism extremely well and is kind enough to offer suggestions to others, going so far as to make a tutorial for the staff to use. He is always friendly and upbeat with the staff and members and it is a pleasure to work with him on a daily basis.

His willingness to go above and beyond, even without a position title, speaks wonders for his dedication to help out. It's great having Mirus work with us, as well as to see him do so very happily. Thank you, Mirus, and I can't wait to see the new EQ2 banner!

General Socorra Tenebrosa Nhar’qual Erinos, 2014-03-01 21:19:05 UTC

With Mirus, or rather Vaar, or rather Mirus again, it is hard to know where to begin, so I will begin with the most apparent of the many contributions that he has made since his promotion to Obelisk Templar nearly a year ago now. Back then, he was a Battleteam Leader, and since last March, Vaar or Mirus has committed himself to his Clan in a line of positions, from Quaestor, to Battleteam Leader again, and most recently Aedile, but while the job title outside the office might have changed, at all times one thing has remained: the man inside, who has worked tirelessly throughout the past year -- and indeed he did in the days before that -- to help ensure that his Clan would come together and grow into the unit that it is today.

It would not do Mirus justice to pretend any of these recommendations can encompass everything, so I will instead pick out what I feel has been one of his biggest -- and will remain most lasting -- services to not only Clan Naga Sadow, but to the Dark Jedi Brotherhood as a hole, albeit the two come hand in hand, and that is this. About three months ago now, Vaar, as he was then still called, raised the impending spectre that was approaching the Clan this February, and which we have only just last week now passed: the warning that Howie, who at the time was a member of the MAA office, issued last summer, that the unfortunate events that befell Clan Naga Sadow a year ago had bled its membership, and left its ability to survive untenable. Many had simply accepted this fate. But not Vaar. He was the member of Clan Naga Sadow who pushed everyone else to believe that their fate was not fixed and that the future could be changed. And it was with Vaar's rallying cry that people became re-energised.

Vaar's contribution to the survival of the Clan did not, however, end there, for it has been Vaar that has worked closely with other members of the whole Summit of the Clan to push others to reach out and draw in new recruits, who has seen the need to collate a set of guidelines for future Summits to assist them should there ever be another collapse like last year, who has had the courage to drive home the need to see through changes and not allow anyone -- not the most foolish Apprentice, nor the most grizzled, immovable Elder like myself -- to stand in the way of the actions that any unit and any leader must be prepared to do for the benefit of the whole. That requires a determination and dedication that many lack the conviction to pursue, but Vaar, or rather Mirus as he now is once again, had that drive, that commitment, and that, more than anything else, more than his literal sea of Clusters of Fire, his engagement with other people, his ability to stand firm in the face of hardship or disagreement, is what I feel the principle and most worthy reason for why he deserves to be recognised with this elevation to Krath Archpriest, because had Vaar not stood up and made a stand, the Clan that he has sacrificed so much for, the Clan that he has worked so hard and put so much into, might not have still been here today, and for that he has earned -- and indeed deserves -- to be rewarded.

All that is left is for me to extend my personal congratulations, and hope that wherever life takes him in the future that fire that burns within him is never extinguished.

, 2014-03-01 21:20:09 UTC

Vaar Mai, now Mirus, was promoted to the rank of Krath Priest way back in March of 2013, since that time he has worked hard to show to the Clan his dedication that he holds for it. He was Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos but due to some real life ups and downs he felt it was necessary to step down. On his part this shows that he knows when to say that he can’t handle something and he needs to take a step back and prioritize. However, this stepping down did not stop him from being active to the clan be it on IRC or other methods. He has been my Aedile since October and he has truly shown while in the position. He took initiative and worked hard with myself on getting the House set up with a new fictional identity. He trained a student to DJK and is working hard with a second one who has just been promoted to Jedi Hunter.

He has shown that he can be a real asset to not only the Clan but the DB as a whole. He has shown that he has the dedication to continue to advance. Since his last promotion he's taken lots of shadow academy exams, earned a couple of degrees, earned three merit medals, a lot of crescents. He is an extremely valuable member and one that i feel has more than earned this promotion to EQ2, Congrats Mirus!

Teu Buhkari Sadow, 2014-03-01 21:21:11 UTC

Vaar Mai (or Mirus Hi'ija as he has recently come to be known) is the ideal image of what a Summit member should be. He is highly active - both as a leader and as a member. His example is a great one that other members of Summit can look up to as a model of how much they should participate and how much importance one should put on the quality of their service. Vaar was last promoted on March 18, 2013, nearly a year ago. Since then, he has served as Quaestor, Battleteam Leader, and Aedile for a total of at least six months. In that time, he has shown brilliant examples of leadership and acquired a startling long list of crescents and merit awards.

As Aedile, Vaar has a certain style. One can tell right away that he puts a lot of effort into everything he does. This is exemplified by how the quality of his reports steadily improved over time. It wasn't that they were bad to begin with - they were more than sufficient - but for Vaar, it was never enough to be merely sufficient. He continued to improve the quality of his reports to make them as appealing as possible, to include any section that would be relevant or important to read. Unlike many leaders, who just do their own thing, Vaar wasn't afraid to look at what other successful leaders were doing, appropriate their ideas, and apply his own style to them.

Furthermore, Vaar has begun more brainstorming sessions and important Clan projects than anyone else in his time as Aedile. He has put a heavy emphasis on recruitment, and figuring out why people would want to be in the Dark Brotherhood so they will stay members. This is very important in this time between the release of The Old Republic and the future movies, when Star Wars hype is at some of it's lowest levels and the Brotherhood must be smart and efficient to survive. One example of what Vaar has done is reaching out to other Summits to learn what they do that works. He has gone so far as to analyze their process and made notes to share with his own Summit about how we could take these ideas and improve our own Clan. In addition, he has made a newbie guide which gives us an easy reference to help new members ease their way into the Brotherhood. He has also created awesome brochure and flyer examples that can be used to promote the organization. Finally, Vaar has put stress on leaving a legacy and guide for future Summit members to follow, heavily weighing the importance of making sure that they are well equipped for their jobs when the time comes.

In addition, Vaar runs constant competitions and leads by example. As previously noted, he has earned more Crescents than probably anyone in the Clan in the past year, more scrolls, many merit medals, and other awards. To give an idea of the sheer magnitude of what this guy has done, he has earned five Dark Crosses, one Anteian Cross, one Grand Cross, one Gold Nova, three Bronze Novae, a startling high thirteen crescents, including a Diamond crescent, two Scrolls of Indoctrination, one Scroll of the Master, an impressive twelve Legions of the Scholar, a Dark Side Scroll, and hundreds of clusters of fire.

Vaar has also recently shown an eagerness to assist the Dark Council. This is most exemplified in his work for the Herald. I do not know the specifics, but I know that he has completed numerous Warbanners so far, and many members openly show their appreciation for his work. Once again, this demonstrates that Vaar is not secluded to his own House and Clan, but active in the entire Brotherhood and communicates well with the rest of the Club.

I challenge any member to do what Vaar Mai has done. He has been an Aedile more active than most Independent Unit leaders, more so than many put together. For awhile, I thought I was active as Consul, but by Vaar's example, I would have really had to step up my game, and that's a great example to have. It shows there's always more possibility and potential - always more to reach for and more ways to help out - and Vaar sets that example perfectly.

Therefore, I reccomend that Vaar Mai be promoted to Equite Two immediately, for his exemplary service to the Brotherhood. One with such a record deserves far greater than Equite One, and I have the feeling he's just getting started.

Epis Locke Sonjie, 2014-03-01 21:22:23 UTC

I've known Vaar for a very long time, and I have yet to see his equal anywhere. He has been an incredible asset not just to the Clan, but to each of us personally; he has done so much for everyone that at this point, I cannot think about Naga Sadow without thinking about Vaar Mai. He's held three Summit positions since he joined us: he built and led the Battle Team Tenebrae, he's been our Quaestor during the Crusade, and he's served as our Aedile now since the Crusade ended. And that's not all--he's produced the newcomer's guide, he's worked for the Herald staff making warbanners, he's trained an apprentice to DJK and two others to Jedi Hunter.

Vaar Mai is the heart and soul of Clan Naga Sadow.

What else is there to say? How can you go about thanking someone who has kept us going for so long?

It can't be done all at once. Properly thanking someone like Vaar is a process, and one that would take a lifetime. Any unit that gets him will have a true gem that can't be found anywhere else, because he is the kind of person that only comes around once. I am proud to have called him my ally, my mentor in all things Summit, and the greatest writer CNS has to offer. I could never have asked for a better friend.

Vaar, you've earned this. This promotion is long overdue, and it's the least we can do for the man who rebuilt us. Thank you for everything, my friend!

As this promotion was formally achievable through leadership it is rare when you can say a member not only displays exemplary leadership but flawless activity while serving in the position. Vaar has done just that and more. His energy in working towards the greater good of not only his house but the clan has not decreased since taking the position of Aedile roughly three months ago. I have watched Vaar grow and show that he is a reliable leader. He has made great steps to promoting activity and growth within HMR. He has shown Teu, a senior leader of this club, that he is a more than capable deputy.

Since his last promotion Vaar has earned countless CFs and many more Crescents. He has earned a Scroll of the Master, a requirement for EQ4, a Scroll of Indoctrination, a Dark Side Scroll, a Grand Cross, and a number of Legions of Scholar. Vaar is far more active than members not in a leadership position which is infrequent in the Brotherhood these days. Therefore, in the name of the Dark Side I, Jeric Cyrin Battlelord of the Sith, Quaestor of Marka Ragnos Emeritus and Battleteam Leader of Shadow’s Bane do herby recommend Vaar Mai be elevated to the rank of Krath Archpriest. Congratulations!

There's a lot that can be said about Vaar (now Mirus again). Despite literally looking at his track record and seeing the innumerable amount of awards he earned, behind the scenes he's always been like that. Riddled with a unique brainstorming disease, you can always find him thinking of ways to aid the clan.

Quite the competitive personality, which has made it on to the grand stage of awards, nabbing a nice amount novae during the Dark Crusade. But since taking the position of Aedile he has exploded with even more energy. Putting on a number great comps for the clan and house alike to enjoy. Even made me some kick-ass graphics for my reports just out of nowhere.

Mirus has always been very consistent with this type of activity. Devotion that has not gone unnoticed. I honestly believe he has gone up and beyond boundaries with his aid and help towards keeping the clan together. His has earned the right to be elevated. Congratulations!

Having not known Mirus since his recent venture into House Odan-Urr, his insane aptitude to getting things done is a rare quality that only appears in the most committed of members. Having been less than a month since his transfer, Mirus has already topped the monthly activity records for Feburary, and continues to work with Rollmaster Kah Manet on the education of our Journeymen. Already, the two of them have created a series of extremely high-quality PDF guides geared towards prospectful Journeymen, as well as future leaders. Despite the limited time in which I have known Mirus, I can personally vouch for his astonishing track record that continues to show through his work. Congratulations man, you've earned it.
