To my knowledge, Noktar Jameki has completed the requirements for his next promotion according to the DJB promotion guidelines. He has: Served a lot longer than 4 weeks at this current rank, logged onto IRC and visited the Clan channel, and completed his Order SA exam. He has also participated in 5 total competitions (his service in the Vong War was largely unrecognized as he had RL things; he also participated in Horizons in 4 events), completed ACC basics and his CS, completed a 2+ page fiction as directed detailing his re-entry to CNS and my tutelage recently, completed a wiki page article, and earned a merit award. He has fulfilled the requirements. As his Master, I would recommend he be promoted forthwith. Welcome back, Noktar!
