He consistently maintains a presence on IRC and Ventrillo, has registered with the Dark Brotherhood forums, and has spent the required six weeks as a GRD. Additionally, Varoth has earned well over 25 Clusters of Fire, completed the Leadership Fundamentals course in the Shadow Academy, completed well over ten HM Flashpoints, Operations or PVP events as a leader in the DJB SWTOR guild, maintains three SWTOR characters over the level of 50, and achieved rank four in the GMRG. These accomplishments are but a few in a long list of accolades possessed by Varoth. His actions and activity reflect great credit upon himself, Battleteam Primus Pilus, House Plagueis, and the Dark Jedi Brotherhood.

Morotheri, apart from being the bad*@! Dude that he is, is also a bad&#*$ Rollmaster. He has to this date served House Odan-urr as Rollmaster for about five months. In that time he has redrafted, organized and developed the Master-Student and training programs within the house. Prior to his contributions the MSP was barely a pairing off system. With Moro’s leadership he turned that around instituting partnerships in conjunction with specialized reports, assignments, and the inclusion of lore to further the RPG experience. Apart from that, he has also delicately crafted the fictional (HOU Canon) Jedi Praxeum. The praxeum is a grand undertaking which catalogues all aspects of the MSP in the house as well as to broaden the fictional landscape we strive to construct in this new house.

Apart from those two projects I can say that Morotheri is a dedicated Odanite who takes his house-job seriously, yet still finds the joy in participating competitions and TOR. The competition entries I receive from him are of superb quality and his reports are phenomenal in scope and he strives to deliver as much valuable information to the house as possible without missing a beat. I feel Morotheri’s dedication and service to House and duty are worthy enough of elevation into the Equites. Congratulations and I look forward to working more with you buddy.- QUA Drodik Va’lence

Let me start by saying Morotheri is one of my best friends in this club and he has, in many ways, restored my faith in the potential of the Brotherhood's new members. He is an outstanding asset to the house and friend to everyone (not to mention one of the best Rollmasters I've ever had the pleasure of working with).

Since taking an administrative job in House Odan-Urr Morotheri has demonstrated his abilities in a way beyond that of most leaders in the club. He has excelled at his job as Rollmaster, sending every new member a personalized greeting, oftentimes within seconds of receiving their automated email. Additionally he has developed, hammered out, and formalized Odan-Urr's master student program, under which at least a half dozen apprentices are thriving. Included in this program are the initial pairings, the wiki article, and the general maintenance, all of which are Morotheri's own work, along with the help of VanWyck and he has seen several members reach Dark Jedi Knight during his tenure as RM. As a summit member Morotheri was also instrumental in the past two story arcs and running the currently ongoing run on.

Finally Morotheri has taken an active role in leadership in the Republic guild on Old Republic. He is a lieutenant in the guild and one of our most active healers. Without him we would not progress through operations nearly so smoothly.

Overall M has been a good friend since he joined. Both to myself and to the house. I can't think of anyone more deserving of a promotion.- AED Ji

Orv has been our Seneschal for the last year and a half, has worked his fingers to nubs trying to get the work done. He has done so by playing a very intense shell game with the different resources and coding structures (he had to move our forums and wiki to a different server just to keep them from crashing always.) He's also had to put on a wetsuit and wade deep into the crap-filled sewer of our old code, trying to rewrite it so that it work faster and better with all the new stuff he has been doing. On top of that, he's been working massive hours in RL on a plethora of stuff that has been tearing more and more time from him. That's seriously impressive.

On top of all that, Orv is a genuinely nice guy. Easily approachable, good-humoured (take his HTML course for proof if you've never met the guy), and even-keeled, Orv has been a boon to the DC since before he even stepped up. The guy is just plain cool.

Having talked to a couple others on the Dark Council, there's only one course of action.

Refuse his resignation.

Sadly, since we can't really do that (Taigs, can you check for me?) We've decide instead to award the guy for the heavy work he has done, the huge impact on our club that he has done since signing up to be in the coder staff. And that is to make him an Elder of the Brotherhood.

Orv has been Seneschal for 18 months, there abouts. During which time he has worked tirelessly on innumerable tasks which go under the vast majority of the membership's radar, as it's simple invisible to us. But, if one could imagine the sheer scope of the task that has been put before him, the fact that he lasted 18 months is a titanic achievement in itself. During his tenure, apart from his coding and maintaining of the DB site, he has presented a polite, affable, easy-going persona to the populance, never shirked from speaking his mind in a respectful manner, and been a huge, huge boon to the Dark Council as a whole. His mature, measured response to any of the member's issues and bitching has been a breath of fresh air, and he is in every way the ideal SCL. It is a shame to see him step down, but when one considers a reward for him, there really is only one option: Elder. He's done the time, done the work, and has most definitely changed the entire DB for the better. This checks every box, and it is a pleasure to congratulate him and thank him for all his hard work. I've not been back from retirement for a very long time, but already is it clear to me that a tremendous amount of coding work has been done by Orv. A lot of work has gone into keeping the site running as well as migrating legacy ASP code to PHP. Not only does this amount to a considerable body of new code written by Orv, said code is also of excellent quality. In front and behind the scenes, Orv has been an enormous asset to the Brotherhood. I know first hand what a massive, massive drain being a Dark Brotherhood coder can be, and while I was able to split the workload evenly with Cybey, Orv has managed to do it all on his own. The fact that he's lasted as long as he has is a testament to his ability both as a coder, and a professional adult. Orv has been oen of the best coders that the DJB has had in recent time. Having served two tenures as Seneschal and in between that as P:SCL, he's done a vast amount of work for me in my year coding in various games, as well as fixing bits and pieces of the GMRG, and even creating the ToR society and ToR tab that is on our dossiers. A lot of work went behind the scenes as well for coding in various projects Muz or the rest of us on the Dark Council had. You've done a damn good job Orv, and we'll miss ya.
