<I>Apprentice Deejah Ravenwood stood in the meeting hall of her House, where several of her Housemates were gathered. Her Housemates, and the friends made within the time of joining were seated before her. Her Quaestor stood, gesturing for her to kneel. <BR><BR> The young Apprentice fell to one knee as the Quaestor, Celahir, raised his hand. A small shadow creeped from underneath the outstretched appendage and descended on the Apprentice. <BR><BR> "Light is limited, young one," the leader spoke. <BR><BR> "Darkness is infinite, my master," spoke the Apprentice as the shadow fell upon her, to be absorbed by the Dark Jedi.<BR><BR> "Congratulations, Deejah. You have taken a step further into the Dark Side of the Force. You have attained the rank of Novice, and are now fully a part of the Brotherhood. Stand and be recognized, a Novice.“<BR><BR> The newly promoted Novice stood and faced her brethren. Krandon has been a vital member of House Odan-Urr practically since its inception. During his tenure in our house he had a very successful three month stint as Rollmaster wherein he wrote a significant number of Wikipedia articles, particularly major portions of the Menat Ombo article and New Tython article (which I later edited into the physical articles themselves). He also ran two competitions even though that was not his job, and developed the Odan-Urr ATR. Additionally he was instrumental in the creation of the Tythonian Space Militia (the pre-GJW Odan-Urr military) and was responsible, along with Aedile Akhera, for its overall concept. Lastly, as Rollmaster he was vital in the fictional development of Odan-Urr's first Run On, in which he posted frequently and moderated along with me. As a normal member Krandon has also more than proven he is ready for Equite 1. During the recent vendetta he walked away with both a Bronze and Silver Nova. He participated in a total of twelve events. Since the Vendetta he has served as a Lieutenant in the Knights of Odan-Urr DJB TOR Guild and assists in adding notes / promoting members. He has many merit awards, including the Steel Cross he requires for his promotion to Equite 1. Congrats Krandon! Ji

Crossing the threshold that separates Journeyman from Equite is no small feat. Only the most active, dedicated and passionate of members achieve this feat. Today, I'm honored to request that DJK Krandon 'Jenkins' Rowella be among those to cross over. Krandon has displayed himself as a dynamo in House Odan-Urr before, during and after the recent Great Jedi War. During the war he participated in at least twelve events, placing three times as a member in the Wiki Team. As a team member Krandon was a constant presence throughout the events, contributing in the form of suggestions, writing sections of the article, and various graphics as well as being among the many editors. <I>Guardian Kalon stood in a dark room with a single shaft of light flowing down onto him, amidst an otherwise impenetrable darkness. </I>Darkness is infinite,<I> the Guardian thought to himself.<BR><BR> "That is correct, young one," came a voice from the void somewhere near the Guardian. "You have reached a certain plateau in your training, a place where you may either embrace the darkness or reject it. The decision is one you should not make lightly." <BR><BR> "I understand," said the Guardian, a bit shaken but not visibly so. <BR><BR> The Guardian knelt down and focused on his shadow, flickering beneath him in the dim light. It seemed to be struggling though the Guardian remained unmoving. Suddenly the shadow lifted from the ground and floated before the Guardian in a liquid-like blob. As though taking a ball he threw his shadow straight up toward the source of the light. The ball of shadow ascended and, at its zenith, seemed to explode into a million shards of black. <BR><BR> Only darkness remained. <BR><BR> The Guardian could feel the presence of his shadow returning in the darkness and spoke out. <BR><BR> "I am ready." <BR><BR> "Indeed you are, Guardian Kalon." A voice rang, and for the Guardian the darkness seemed to lift and he could discern the outlines of bodies around him.
