I would like to personally recommend a promotion for Mirado Pepoi L'eonheart. Although I haven't been part of the Regulators for very long, I can say that so far he has done an outstanding job as our Battleteam Leader. Considering the fact that I am his wife IRL, I can honestly say I sit next to him and watch him work very hard for hours on end (literally). He takes his job in DJB very seriously and it more than shows, not only with me, but also with everyone that he reaches out to and works with on a daily basis. He pours his heart and soul into DJB, constantly trying to come up with new ideas and ways to keep everyone motivated and having fun. In my honest opnion, Mirado is an inspiration. He is always there to lend a helping hand and keeps his lines of communication open, even when he's at his RL job. The DJB is something that is very important to him, as well as his team, and everyone else in the club, and I think many others will agree with me that it definitely shows. For this I believe he is more than deserving of a promotion, and I am proud not only to call him my husband, but also to call him my leader.

Since Mirado's promotion to Dark Jedi Knight he has been a frenzy of activity, he's earned numerous seals and crescents as well as several cluster of Ice and Fires. He's earned a Grand Cross as well. These show just a sliver of what Mirado has done in during his time as a Knight. When Kano resigned as BTL of Regulators Mirado approached Sai and asked to be given a chance to lead the unit, which houses the most active in the at the time House. He lead by example every time he did a comp he forwarded it onto the BTs mail group so the members could see that he was doing as he preached. Once we got reclanned Mirado took over the reigns of the new house and has plunged head first into creating a fun atmosphere for all those who join. Mirado is a great help in my own andevors in House Marka Ragnos playing a sound board for some of my ideas. Mirado has been a Knight for 7 months, in my opinion he has done enough to warrent a promotion to the rank of Templar. Congrats Mirado.

Mirado has been one of the newer members to grace the Naga Sadow Summit, being a Battle Team leader for four months before now taking on the reigns of House Shar Dakhan Quaestor. On February 27th, he was awarded a Grand Cross of the Dark Side for his work during the Tri-Feud between Naga Sadow, Tarentum, and Taldryan, as well as working with the Regulators through the months prior. Since then, he was instrumental with the Clan Proposal to Muz and his advisors making sure that he and the other members of the summit were pushing each other to get it done. He was a driving force in the then House Naga Sadow to make his team active, inspiring some of his members to create competitions, including having a mini-feud within his team that was created by one of his members. In the Independence Games, Mirado earned 9 Seals of Return and several crescents, through his participation. It is without further ado that I recommend Mirado Pepoi L'eonheart for the rank of Obelisk Templar. Congrats Cousin!

What can I say about Mirado that's not at the forefront of everyone's mind. Dedicated, passionate and loyal. Mirado has fervently done everything in his power for the well being of Sadow and to ensure that those whom follow are more than well prepared and sharing that same passion. Since his last elevation, Mirado has taken the reigns of the Regulators at his own prompting by literally stepping forward to the summit and nearly requesting the position; it was that singular action alone which has cascaded throughout Sadow and prompted his own renowm within the Brotherhood to grow. His singular devotion to the Brotherhood and Sadow was evident at the AWOL check when he spurred the Regulators initiative to contact our lower Journeymen for assistance and has been seen in each storyline or action he has taken with the team. Turning the Regulators into a "farm team" for future leadership was no small feat either, in which each of his incredibly active members taking a larger part in the growth of Sadow and have even participated in a few "mock" recommendations and applications for their potential future. In restoring Sadow to Clan status, he was instrumental as both a sounding board for ideas and one of the most vocal proponents in our proposal. It is with great honour that I lend my recommendation amongst others for Mirado's elevation to Equite One. Congratulations my Friend, it's well earned.
