Koryn Thraagus was with me for twelve months on the Summit of House Acclivis Draco. He started of as RM, a position in which he as successful as was possible at that time. He became known to all Journeymen, sending out timely welcome emails to new members and being constantly accessible. He ran several competitions during this time. During the Ninth Great Jedi War, the HAD QUA was hit by RL which drastically decreased his presence. I myself was struck with Scarlet Fever. Koryn, along with the BTL stepped up, leading the House whilst we were away.
When I moved in as Quaestor, Koryn was the only obvious choice as Aedile. During this time, he co-ran the "Who's got the guns" competitions, creating a myriad of ACC character sheets for our opponents. He led the Battle Team fictional development project, supervising the fleshing out of several former Battleteams. Concurrently, he filled the position of Clan ACC trainer, providing guidance to various newbs that wanted to learn the ropes. RL regrettably snatched these positions from him. He returned recently and has since taken up the rôle of Tetrach of Acclivis Draco. He has presented some exciting ideas and has found enthusiasm on the part of his members. In addition to this, he has also started doing a bit of ACC training for some of the Journeymen, for which I am very grateful. I am grateful to Koryn for everything he has done to help both me and Scholae Palatinae. I am delighted to be able to recommend his entry into the Equite ranks. Congrats Koryn, you've more than earned this!
- KAP A. Kalak Ragnose, Rollmaster of Scholae Palatinae.
-------------------------------
To Whom It May Concern: Koryn Thraagus has been an out standing members of Scholae Palatinae for a very long time. His dedication is unwavering and his commitment iron strong. Since his promotion to DJK over a year and a half ago, Koryn has served as Rollmaster, Aedile and is now currently serving as a BTL for Battleteam Acclivis Draco.
He is an excellent leader, providing activity for those under him, and maintaining good communication with others, as he is often found on IRC. He leads with example too. As a very active member of Scholae Palatinae, he has earned many Crescents (Quartz, Amethyst, Sapphire and Ruby) as well as eight Seals of Unity from the 9th GJW and a Legion of the Scholar.
When I became Quaestor of House Acclivis Draco, Koryn stepped up to help me as Rollmaster and advisor, having spent time as Rollmaster and Aedile there already. I know he can be relied upon to get the job done and is more then ready to advance in rank. Congrats Koryn. Drinks are on you.
Xen’Mordin Vismorsus
AED of HSP
------------------------------------
Koryn Thraagus, another highly cherished member of Scholae Palatinae. Being promoted to Dark Jedi Knight in February 2009, Koryn had only just started serving his first term as Rollmaster. For the next 148 days, he would serve Clan Scholae Palatinae as an outstanding Rollmaster. In June of that same year, Koryn would step up into the position of Aedile (House Acclivis Draco). He served as an outstanding Aedile for the next 167 days. After retiring from this post, Koryn stepped into a Battleteam and became one of the more active teammembers and remained so for the next 196 days. After the post of Rollmaster became oncemore available, Koryn was asked to apply and started a dedicated service for the second time. Sadly, after three (3) days in his new position the Clans were made into Houses and Koryn found his job gone. Once the decision was made to reopen Acclivis Draco as a Battleteam, Koryn instantly applied for the position of Teamleader and has been the most active teamleader of House Scholae Palatinae for the last 34 days (not that he’s going to stop anytime soon). Now, why did I list Koryn’s leadership by days? It shows a resilience and desire to improve his unit. For in the 578 days he has been a DJK, he spent 352 days in a leadership position of some kind (Ten (10) days less then a full year in leadership). During his first term as Rollmaster 14 people newly joined HAD. Of these 14, 12 went on to become Apprentices. Of these 12, 6 reached Novice. Of these 6, 3 reached Acolyte and of those 3, one went on to become a Knight.
Also, since attaining his Knighthood, Koryn somehow found the time to earn the following Crescents: One (1) Quartz, One (1) Amethyst, One (1) Ruby and One (1) Sapphire. He also earned a total of eight (8) Seals of Unity for his actions in the Ninth Great Jedi War: Unification. For his work and actions during that same GJW, he also merited an Anteian Cross. Alternately he also earned a Legion of the Scholar.
Overall, Koryn Thraagus is a great leader who still has more potential to unfold. He is polite and cordial to others and it is always a pleasure to work with him. He will offer ideas whether asked or not, and is not afraid to speak up when something seems wrong to him. He is the epitome of what the DB looks for in leaders (honesty, impeccable work-ethics, loyalty) and has more then earned this, overdue, promotion to Krath Priest. Congratulations!
KAP Ood Bnar Scythe’rae
Quaestor of House Scholae Palatinae

Recc by Kael Fayne (then Aedile):

Upon my arrival in Scholae Palatinae, I personally have strove hard to prove myself to my peers as someone to be respected. With a relatively quick rise to the rank of Knight, victories in the RoS, and lead point man in the Scholae’s Spring Games, I like to believe I have done so. I say all of this because I would also like to vent that, despite my attempts to stand out, I have been disappointed more than once while writing my AED reports because Angelo Dante stills bests me both in general activity as well as in winning awards. I am reminded of one report in particular where I managed to win a slew of Crescents, but Dante had 4 Clusters of Ice, 135 Clusters of Fire from 4 different events, 3 Crescents of his own, as well as a Scroll of Indoctrination and a Pendant of Blood. In a group where burnouts are prevalent and many elders are little more than a memory, Dante has proven time and again his value both in quality and endurance. It is through this endurance that he has been able to provide wise guidance in a variety of areas to myself as well as to many others in Scholae Palatinae. While serving as his AED, Dante made sure to share his knowledge with me so that I could continue to develop both as a member and leader after having left the confines of the Master/Student Program. Even though we no longer serve in such capacities, he's still the one I turn to whenever I need an opinion worth following. He’s essentially the John Hannibal Smith of Scholae Palatinae (A-Team). In light of these reasons, I strongly recommend Angelo Dante for a promotion to Primarch.

Recc by Xen’Mordin Vismorsus (then QUA of HAD):

To Whom It May Concern:

Every now and again we have members of the DJB who are exemplars of what the DJB is all about. Dante, a son of Palpatine, is one such member. In the months leading up to the change of Clans to Houses, Dante was a fellow QUA, the leader of Dorimad Sol. He was a true inspiration and great to work with over this time. It was thanks to him that CSP had it’s final ‘feud’ between the houses. It was thanks to him that the ground forces for CSP were fixed to the new point system. He has always been there, willing to be both an advisor and a leader.

If there is one thing about Dante that stands out in my mind it is his dedication. He gives 110% to everything he does. I know that with Dante, whether it be just chatting on IRC or working on larger scale events, he wants the DJB to succeed. He understands how the DJB works and can be relied on to get the job done. I am thankful for the time I had leading with Dante. He led through example and helped me realize things I needed to do in my own duties as a QUA. Thank you Dante, and Drinks are on you.

Recc by Kir Katarn (Justicar):

"Dante has been a strong, longtime contributor to the Chamber of Justice. He passed the Basic and Advanced Chamber Shadow Academy courses easily. He has also served as both Left and Right Hand of Justice, one of very few people to do so. During his time serving as a Hand of Justice, Dante has served as counsel in several trials - each time as an important contributor. When it comes to Justice in the Dark Brotherhood, Dante is more experienced than most members in the Brotherhood. I have come to value his opinion on Judicial matters, and trust his instincts. Thank you for your work Dante, and I hope to work with you again in the future." -Kir

Recc by Kalak Ragnose (Rollmaster of HDS):

Dante cannot be mortal. Despite being a family man, serving as Proconsul, later Aedile and now Quaestor, he has still found time to accrue a ridiculous number of medals, which took me over twenty minutes to tally up:

4 x Crescents with Emerald 8 x Crescents with Sapphire 1 x Crescent with Amethyst 489 x Clusters of Fire 4 x Clusters of Ice 5 x Pendants of Blood 1 x Scroll of indoctrination 2 x Steel Crosses 1 x Grand Cross 1 x Seal of loyalty 6 x seals of bone 3 x Silver novae 3 x Legion of the scholar

This powerhouse of Scholae Palatinae provides a shining example to the Journeymen in his care. In the recent Rite of Supremacy, Dante led from the front, competing in twelve events and placing in 6. Dante’s best trait however is his willingness to stop and listen. Many a member has found an ear in Dante who will always find time for anyone. It is this quality above all others which makes me proud to call him my Quaestor and my friend. No-one deserves this promotion more than you, many congratulations Dante! -Kalak Ragnose, Roll Master of Dorimad Sol

Recc by Fremoc Pepoi (M:FIST):

I was asked to write this, and I am proud to write this recommendation for Dante's promotion. The man is a beast to be simply stated. He's always in #dbgaming, hanging out gaming against almost everyone in the last year. He played over 300 matches since his last promotion, earning himself over 400 clusters of Fire, and 6 pendants of blood. He helps the new members who are learning the supported platforms, and teaches them the finer points of the games, including myself. He's also provided incite to the gaming realm to myself and Smoke, since he himself was a former Tribune of Gaming. He helped provide some advice in the crafting of the new Rites of Combat as well. Congrats Dante on your promotion, my friend. ~ Templar Fremoc Pepoi, Quaestor of Marka Ragnos, Magistrate to the Fist

Recc by Thran (then CON of CSP):

I submit this longtime member of Scholae Palatinae for elevation to the rank of Obelisk Primarch. His exploits over the past few years are numerous, and his activity within the clan and brotherhood is an excellent example to our journeymen and equites. Serving as an Aedile, Quaestor, and Proconsul during this past year, the Dark Paladin and newest member of the Palpatines has cemented his legacy in the tomes of the clan. He also serves as the principal military ground forces advisor to the clan, and he was in charge of the recent ground reset for the clan. His dedication to the Brotherhood as a whole is evident as Dante is currently completing his second term in the Chamber of Justice as the Right Hand to the Justicar.

During the past year since his last promotion, Dante has earned the following awards:

Grand Cross of the Dark Side 2 Steel Crosses 3 Silver Novae 10 Crescents of varying levels 6 Pendants of Blood 430 Clusters of Fire 4 Clusters of Ice 3 Legions of the Scholar Scroll of Indoctrination Seal of Loyalty 13 Seals of Bone

Thran Occasus, Consul of CSP

My recc (then PCON of CSP, now QUA of HSP)

For going above and beyond your duty and for an incredible display of activity, I nominate Angelo Palpatine Dante for a well deserved promotion to Primarch. Since Thran already mentioned most of his awards and achievements, I will mention here something different. Dante has an incredible drive to improve and better this clan as a whole, without losing focus of the individual members. He designed the CSP aspect of the Ground Forces Reset nearly by himself, He took the time to organise this years CSP Spring Games and created a clan level vendetta which span nearly every aspect of the DB, from the Shadow Academy over Fiction to Gaming and back. In my eyes, Dante has earned the elevation to the upper tier of the Equite ranks.

He always puts the good of the Unit before his own wishes and will look out for his fellow members. I do believe that (without his input, advice and hard work) Scholae Palatinae would be far worse off then we seem to be at the moment. He kept us afloat during times of crisis and in my eyes should be rewarded for that. Even as he continues to do so even now. In Darkness, Ood Bnar Scythe'rae (Former Proconsul for CSP), Quaestor of HSP

Man, this has taken a long time. It seems that everything conspired to keep poor Dante from getting this well-deserved promotion. Dante is a locomotive. He is consistently active, consistently places, is always there, and has been leading since forever. He works hard, he keeps his head down and out of drama, and he really does what he does for the love of the club, hich is something quite respectable. He has done a great job keeping himself and others going, doing stuff, and working to make everything that he touches shine. With his work ethic and understanding of how things work, I expect the guy to go upward when it is available. Until then, He is more than ready for the fourth and final Equite rank. Congratulations, Angelo. ~Muz Ashen, Dark Lord of the Sith.

Archer has shown over the last six month since receiving his last promotion, a considerable amount of activity. I am honoured to be able to see Archer raise to the rank of Jedi Hunter. Since his last promotion Archer has completed all tasks as set out by the Master at Arms showing an increable amount of activity on his clan channel.

He has also earned himself a merit medal in the form of a Dark Cross for his work as temporary Battle Team Leader while I was on a Leave of Absence. He has also submitted a five page character fiction to me which I have accepted. On top of all this he has excelled himself in the ACC by winning the first round of the current 2v2 Ladder and has the standing of second place as well as winning his qualification match. He has also completed all of the Leadership exams in the Shadow Academy as well as running his own competition called Cornered that he run for his Battle Team Suhkur’s Legion.

With all of the activity and progresstion that Archer has made it is my pleasure to see him reach the next rank of Jedi Hunter.

Congratulation Archer.
