Sarconn, an up and coming member in HMR, has done a lot. I keep hearing from Ekeia how much he is doing for the Night Hawk revamp project, and how he's practically set up the entire forums where they are doing this at. Looking at his dossier, I see that he's participated in several competitions, as well as creating one himself. He's also battled myself, and Manji twice in the ACC. He's already earnt a merit award, and logs onto IRC constantly to talk to other members of the clan. While working on completing his trials, he has also helped Ekeia to come up with a very detailed and fully-featured ranking system and fictional background for the Night Hawks, with the bulk of the work (including setting up a forum and populating it with information) falling on Sarconn's shoulders. It's initiative like this, when a Journeyman steps outside the boundaries of the trials and asks their leader what they can help with, that I feel we should reward; for the amount of work that he has done and the amount of activity that he has shown over the past month, I feel that Sarconn has more than earnt this promotion. Congratulations! <br> <B>~KPN Manji Keibatsu Sadow, Consul of Clan Naga Sadow</B> <br> <br> Although Sarconn was last promoted only a little over a month ago, he has proven himself to be above what is required for someone of his rank. Having been placed into the Night Hawks immediately upon joining the Brotherhood, he was constantly looking for a way to help me out with making the Battleteam a better place, more active and interesting. Right from the get-go, Sarconn was offering suggestions and help left and right, ranging from competition ideas to the new inner rank/possessions system. The latter was an idea I’d had since becoming the Battleteam Leader, and Sarconn is the single reason that it has been created and put into action. When I first started talking about it in my reports, he was one of the first to offer all his time to making this idea reality. He came up all the specifics, like the points system, the credits system, and the rank structure, and all I had to do was make sure that it all worked together. Even still, we are constantly in communication with each other about how to continue to make the team and this new system even better. For this plan, he also ran the competition “Company Name” which would give us a few companies to use for our possessions that he is also helping me create. He also came up with idea for the competition that I am currently running, “Create Your Weapons”, which will help us come up with more possessions for the Night Hawks. Without all his help, I believe that this entire new system would still just be an idea. <br> <br> Besides all the work he has done for the Battleteam, Sarconn has also completed his qualifying match with Manji, learning from the training match he had while a Protector with Manji and putting what he learned to use and bettering his writing. He also passed his Training Saber Course, completed another character sheet, participated in the current Naga Sadow Run-On and being on IRC constantly offering his help whenever anyone needs it. <br> <br> I fully recommend Sarconn for a promotion to Jedi Hunter. I feel I must preface this promotion with an apology – I dropped the ball letting Driftan hang for this long, the man is simply too polite to remind me, and it just goes to show how Driftan isn’t in the DB for fake rewards to add to his e-peen, but to have fun. He truly gets the point of the club. And boy does he get involved. Since his last promotion 5 months ago, he’s participated and excelled in the Rite of Supremacy, he’s gotten involved in no less than two Reb00t incarnations, helped craft the fictional identity of the Shadesworn twice, run more competitions as Aedile and then Quaestor than I care to remember, got stuck into the Journeyman ladder of the ACC, mentored up several members of Arcona’s lower echeleons, been a voice of reason on a fair few summit meetings, submitted more proposals than I can adequately reply back to, been appointed Praetor to the Master at Arms, Magistrate to the Deputy Grand Master….it’s literally obscene that he’s still a Journeyman after 5 months of superhuman activity and a level of commitment to seeing the entire DB made a more entertaining place. Well done, that man.<br><br>

Since his promotion to Nov Cev has been highly active. He has taken the DB basics course, ACC basics course and CNS history Course. He's signed up on the forums. He's also bee seen in the Clan's IRC channel talking with fellow clan members. He has shown that he is ready for the next step down the path towards Dark Jedi Knight.
