Juda is probably the best artist we’ve had in the clan since Orv. He’s done over thirty character images since his last promotion (I could list them, but seriously, it’d take like half a page =P). On top of this, he has done two installations of the #arcona comic – a parody of the chats that occur in #arcona that has been brilliantly received both within and outside of Arcona. Another of his many artistic enterprises is his most recent gift to the clan – the Arcona calendar: another parody, which depicts prominent members of the clan posing nude (however, all are artfully preserving their modesty, much to the token heterosexual clanmembers’ collective relief =P). This added together is around 300 hours’ work and in my eyes more than enough reason to promote a fellow to EQ2, however I’m aware that standards have risen, and I am glad to say that Juda has risen to the standards ;)<br><br> His other forms of activity are many and varied. He participated in Arcona’s Great Hunt (a series of timed and skilled events ranging from Flash games to internet hunts to ACC matches) and placed second overall, being bested only by our Arconae and resident pwnsauce dispenser, Zandro Erinos. He’s also been a strong participant in the Arcona Arena Tournament (think ACC, but better), reaching the semi-finals after a series of varied and highly entertaining fights. Finally, of note in his activity is his assistance he gave me when Muz asked me to come up with a Ground Forces list for the upcoming RoS rewards. He worked diligently on finding a series of links and lists of relevant troop types etc – easily around 4 hours’ boring work which he took to instantly and without complaint. It is rare to find such a willing assistant who isn’t looking for some form of reward. <br><br> The aforementioned example is just one of countless times he’s helped out with project-based tasks such as these, and his insight is always welcomed, as even his disposition in the clan is positive – everyone loves Graphic kids in the DB, but Juda is a step apart: People enjoy chatting to him and many call him a close friend. There is nobody in the DB that can find a problem with him, and he is yet another example of how the times are changing in Arcona.<br><br> When Braecen and I enacted Project: Reb00t on the clan, it demanded that every member be in a battleteam, thus giving us the immediate need for several new BTLs to step into action. Juda took to leadership like a duck to water. He produced regular reports for his Battleteam, Black Hammer and motivated his squad to be second only to Soulfire in the Great hunt. Subsequently, he served with distinction, putting out a number of competitions for two months before being made Aedile of Galeres at Christmas time. In that capacity, he has adopted more and more responsibility, focused mainly around promoting activity for the upcoming RoS. I cannot wait to see what he achieves in the future, and it is my distinct pleasure to be the first to congratulate Obelisk Prelate Juda Kodiak. <br><br> Sashar Arconae

For completing the Obelisk Core exam on 1/2/2010 with a perfect 100% Fathul Hakeem has completed all of the requirements for a promotion to Novice. Congrats, keep up the good work.
