The Bleusmobile is on Kord's loadout, it would be on Gordo's but I've hit my limit on NPCs for now and I'm not allowed to make a Hutt (lame), who would likely be a JM4/EQ1 'Scoundrel' with all the points in pilot. Obviously he speaks Huttese, because he's a Hutt.
