From the very beginning he has been a self starter. He volunteered to run a raid group to get our new 50's geared up and did it successfully from the very start. He is responsible for gearing a significant number of our active members. He is consistently doing the job of an officer without having to be asked. He has assisted me in numerous projects since the server transfer that have helped the guild run smoother. Necro has really taken the initiative and has been a huge asset to the guild.
