His exemplary work as Quaestor and Praetor to the Headmaster are only a few examples of what he has achieved. His recent Independance Games are yet another example. For this and many other things I'm not mentionning here, I am promoting him to the rank of Krath Pontifex. Congratulations! I'm sure his next promotion will be for work done as Headmaster since he is Pyralis' chosen successor. :) - GM Firefox Krath Epis Kaiann is, by far, one of the most dedicated, knowledgeable, and critical elements of the Brotherhood I have had the privilege of working with. Even since the Emperors Hammer, no one I have worked with has had as much initiative and enterprise as Kaiann has had. A person with not only a great deal of experience in the working of the Brotherhood, Kaiann also matches with a necessary real life insight and maturity which applies very well when seeking guidance and criticism on any and all items I present to him. The sum of all of these have caused Kaiann to excel as not only an equal within the Shadow Academy as a second Headmaster, but also as a decisively essential leader within Clan Satal Keto. Serving with Kaiann as an equal QUA between my Galthain and his Aleema, it was clear that Kaiann had a powerful roll in the leadership of the clan. He has done excellent work in assisting me with content, analysis, and soon the implementation of "Project: Dark Fury - Subsection: Assignment Protocol" He has provided vital weekly statistics on certain courses and their divisions as requested (Menial Task #1). He and I have teamed up on grading Phase One as soon as it reaches either of our inboxes. Additionally, Kaiann has somehow succeeded in becoming a true assistant if not a double in the administrative and leadership qualities of the Headmaster. It is a rare accomplishment which requires immense patience, initiative, and a willingness to contribute to the goals of a Brotherhood. His first step was to bring back in some of the old house members back in increasing the number of the members and removing our fears that Aleema will fall deep down the hole of in significance.To say the truth he even took over at a really bad time considering that the GJW had just started and a leader change at such points actually tends more to kill off a house rather than make it flourish. that didn't happen ! Aleema has had a great showing in the first phase of the GJW and with no doubt the results of the second phase will show that we at least have been able to hold on to that standard if not improve even further. But the GJW aside , and even without it Kaiann would still deserve the SB for his dedication to Aleema and to this clan. Building on his advisory role to me over many, many months, he has changed the often shaky morale of Aleema and focussed it once again on it goals. To name a few things he did, he created the CSK force powers of illusion, ran numerous house competitions and resolved major internal conflicts that would of split up the house. He currently runs the Aleema.net server, which is where the house site is hosted and has done so for ... ooh must be 2 years nearly now! He also distributes email addies for aleema as needed.
