Every year on May 4th, we award Seals of Loyalty to members nominated by the DC and Consuls--typically one per DC, two per CON. Normally I would have asked for those nominations last week, but this year we're doing something different. In November 2015 (we used to do SoLs twice a year), eagerly awaiting the release of The Force Awakens, Sarin awarded SoLs to all Clanned and positioned members in the club. This year, we're taking a page out of Sarin's book: every member of the club who has logged into the website between January 1, 2025 and May 4, 2025 will receive a Seal of Loyalty. That this club has not just lasted but thrived for 30 years is a remarkable testament to our community, the leaders at all levels who have kept the ship on course, and especially our members who keep engaging year after year. Rrogon Skar Agrona has accrued the 5125 medal xp for a Sapphire Blade. Since his last medal, he has participated in 41 Comps and won 2 Amethyst Star, 2 Sapphire Star, 3 Emerald Star, and 2 Topaz Star Crescents. Some sick flexing of graphic skills occurred in those ventures, earning him 11 Clusters of Graphic and a rank up in the Shroud Syndicate. The Obelisk took part in 2 RPs with 3,874 words. He gained 8 Clusters of Ice and one rank up as a participant in the Envoy Corps. He also ranked up in the Antei Combat Center twice as a participant. A loyal Shadow Academy student, Skar passed 31 Courses. He gained 6 Degrees. Pundits in Essentials and Communications, and a Savant in Legends. He also earned Mavens in Legends, Historical Legends, and Philosophy. All of this leveled him up twice in the Aurora Collegium of Sciences.

Rrogon has been a member of Arcona since before I joined. He was one of the folks that helped get me really invested in the clan and in both House Qel-Droma and the then Shadow Gate. A figurative brother in arms always. While life and new adventures has kept him busy, Skar is always down to socialize with his peers and it’s not odd to see him hope in conversations about games, shows, or even musicals(hello, EPIC). He is always down to brainstorm character interactions and relations, fictional plots and tales, and rp.
