Kaiburr continues to impress me and deserves kudos for his recent efforts on behalf of Clan Arcona. I've encouraged him to be unfiltered with his thoughts and ideas; he has fully embraced this invitation and become a diligent worker on behalf of Clan Arcona and House Galeres. Most recently, Kaiburr created four separate proposals (almost ten pages of content) for me. These 'Champion' proposals were designed to stimulate society specific activity within the clan. He took up the banner, creating the competitions (time table, scoring, activities, lore, filler text, etc) far more thought out and detailed than I had anticipated. Furthermore, his focus on 'behavior' or the 'activity' itself will generate a plethora of activity (PVP, PVE, ACC, ACB, SA, etc) across different societies throughout the year; rewarding members whom focus on the completion, or consumption, of activities versus the final three winners of an event.

He spent a ton of hours working through the details, exchanging countless e-mails with House, then Clan, leaders to get approval. He also learned the value of listening and adapting to feedback throughout the proposal. He has not been green lit to proceed with these competitions, but his diligence and preparation should not be ignored or unrewarded. For his exceptional effort to start, edit, and finish this project... Donny & I award him a Dark Cross.
