Ernordeth is about to begin his tenth month on the Fist Staff. As soon as Ernor joined the staff he immediately began completing assignments, then started asking for more! His work ethic has been fantastic, Ernor is always the first to offer to help any other Fist Staffer if they have a obligation that pulls them away from the Club. Multiple times in these situations he has stepped up and helped while completing his own assignments. He has organized and graded five monthly Gaming Events since January (and at least 2-3 more in 2013) and completed a writeup of two Shadow Academy Courses for gaming (Gaming 201: Pazaak and Gaming 103: Submitting Activity) in addition to the previously covered activity.

As a member of the Fist staff, Ernordeth has been a pleasure to work with. Anytime I've had an issue with a rule or needed clarification on a policy, he's been the first person to reply- and with a smile to boot. Members like Ernordeth give themselves fully to their jobs and thus to the club as well. His work ethic is contagious, and his ability to also lead by example, taking home multiple Clusters all while taking the time to help the Fist staff in anyway he can. Congrats, Ernor, on this award!

Leadership comes in all different shapes and sizes. Some prefer to play politics or to try and position themselves for moves for power. Some cling to a position for their own selfish reasons, ignorant of it it hurts the rest of their team. Then there are those who do it simply because they enjoy and love giving back to their community. And Clan Arcona is quite the community.
As Quaestor of House Qel-Droma for over 5 months following the conclusion of the Dark Crusade, Ernordeth embodied the spirit of Arcona. He lead in his unique way by setting an example, never asking his members to participate in something that he hadn’t already tried his hand at. He was organized and paid very close attention to his members, creating and maintaining a spreadsheet that tracked each members activity and the various projects that the House was working on. He was patient as a mentor to Aedile Valtiere, which made him an easy choice as a successor. Ernordeth would do things like individually email every member of House Qel-Droma, checking up on them or reminding them that we had a Vendetta going on. This often involved sending out at least 20 emails at a time.
Quaestors in Arcona are held to a high standard. A 12-hour turnaround time on e-mails or communication is something non-negotiable, and Ernordeth was always one of the first Summiters to reply to anything that came up. This level of dedication to his job shows why he was a great Quaestor and member of our Summit.
With the real life injury and job shift now behind him, Ernordeth has been making a strong showing of returning to prime form. Despite not holding a leadership position, Ernordeth is a constant presence on IRC and for House Qel-Droma, engaging with members on a daily basis and offering his services wherever needed. He was a full participant in every one of our major competitions: Arconan Wedding, Operation: Sojourn, Dozens of Games II, and most recently Operation: Figureheads where he finished out 9th overall out of 30 participants.
The Grand Cross is for those who have shown exemplary work in their position by demonstrating a keen understanding of their surroundings and helping to further their planned goals. In his case, the betterment of Clan Arcona, House Qel-Droma, and the enjoyment of his friends and peers, have all seen boosts thanks to Ernordeths actions.

Few have deserved the Grand Cross as much as Ernordeth Puer-Irae does at present. He is the kind of member that each Clan should fiercely crave. He is a multi-threat gamer and writer, a diligent administrator in the Fist's office, and a leader of considerable skill. Arcona was fortunate enough to win Ernor's services as Quaestor many months ago, placing the future of a struggling House Qel-Droma squarely on his unproven shoulders. He rose to the occasion, and then some; his exhaustive efforts at mining more activity from a vein showing all the signs of depletion changed the course of Qel-Droma's future. His innovation served as a model for Galeres, too, and contributed to the development of an Arconan philosophy that has since been spread elsewhere in the Brotherhood.
Ernordeth's contributions as Quaestor, significant though they are, tell only a fraction of his story. In some ways, he became an even greater leader in Arcona once he no longer occupied the office, as he was free to compete, encourage, and inspire without administrative burden. He stimulated activity, counseled leaders new and old, and safeguarded the positive, friendly community that sustains our unit. Through it all, Ernordeth remained poised to take up the cross of official leadership once more, should his Consul come calling, and for his exemplary service, he deserves this Grand Cross.

Ernordeth has been a whirlwind of activity since his promotion. As such, I am recommending a shiney, new Grand Cross; to recognize his continued efforts as a member of House Galeres and Clan Arcona.
His collection of clusters, crescents and participation speaks for itself. Since we last recognized his activity at the Clan level, he has earned 12 Crescents (1 Cr-D, 3 Cr-R, 4 Cr-A, 2 Cr-S, 1 Cr-T, 1 Cr-Q), 2551 Clusters of Fire, 392 Clusters of Earth,2 Legion of the Scholar and 2 Pendants of Blood. He also received 2 Legions of the Scholar, 6 Scrolls of Foundation, and a Scroll of Indoctrination for recruiting Stang Mach. His gaming prowess is also something to be made note of as he has completed 1 ACC Battle, participated in 77 PVE and 9 PVP matches. He did all of this while organizing 22 competitions and co-organizing 4, 5 competitions of which were run under Captain Arcona: Civil War for Clan Arcona, and on co-organized with Stang to help him learn, as well as participating in 57 competitions.
Thank you for your loyalty and work on behalf of our House, Ernordeth. Despite splitting your time between duties, you are still one of the most active, driven members I have had the pleasure of working alongside.

Ernordeth remains a foundation on which Galeres stands, constantly active, constantly driving others through his efforts as can be seen by the massive drive Arcona had during the end of the third quarter while competing for the GMRG as can be seen by his own apprentice working tirelessly to promote through the Journeyman ranks. Ernordeth inspires people to push themselves beyond what they would normally do and provides them the opportunities to do so.
Taking 4th place at the end of the 4th quarter for the GMRG, Ernordeth has already jumped back to the top of the leaderboards presenting the challenge once again for the Arcona gaming corp to follow his lead.

Ernordeth is one of our most iconic members, as reputable for his energetic and incorrigible attitude as he is for his work as a member and a keynote member of the gaming community. He is a champion of all things active, most notably gaming as evidenced by his many-numbered Cluster count, as Braecen will tell you, but also in his general participation in competitions as well as his providing of competitions and involvement in promoting events like Arcona’s recent “Civil War.” His constant and lively chatter on such activities as well as his participation in those like them are an excellent example and inspiration for all his fellows. The magnitude of these efforts, extended over the last two months, are noteworthy enough, we believe, for a Grand Cross — and so we say congratulations, Ernor.

Ernordeth Puer-Irae continues to be one of the most dominant, active leaders in our club. When others start to feel fatigued and pull back on their activity, it seems like he only gets stronger and more productive. For his considerable activity, communication, and peer leadership within Clan Arcona and House Galeres, I am honored to award him a Grand Cross of the Dark Side.
Since his last award, he has participated in 35 competitions, co-organized 8 competitions, and organized 7 competitions. In addition, he has submitted 3 PvP Matches, logged 50 PvE Activities, finished 1 ACC Battle, and penned 2 Fiction Activities (822 words!). He has also collected 12 crescents (1 Cr-D, 4 Cr-R, 1 Cr-A, 5 Cr-S, 1 Cr-E), 1128 Clusters of Fire, 5 Clusters of Ice, 733 Clusters of Earth, and 4 Scrolls of Foundation. He also completed 6 submissions in Sins of the Past: Episode II - participating in every event. He was able to take home 5th Overall due to his efforts and help advance the Clan plotline through this on-going event. In addition, Ernordeth continues to advise the Galeres Summit on our day-to-day activities and plan for the long-term. This has been especially helpful in the planning and execution of both Clan and Brotherhood-wide Gaming activities hosted by members of Clan Arcona.
Thank you for your continued trust and faith in me, Ernordeth. It is an honor to see you come so far, so quickly and be such a tremendously positive force on House Galeres, Clan Arcona, and the Dark Brotherhood. I look forward to seeing so many more great things from you on your path to Elder.

Ernordeth has been an invaluable asset to both myself and the FIST Staff, he acts as the backbone that steadies all of us in the office. He is the first to come to me with suggestions and advice should I need it, his support saw me through the first few weeks after getting FIST and this is something that he has continued to do even to this day. I know that I can trust him to do not just a good job but do the job to the best of his abilities. He is the first one in the Staff to offer support and feedback to all of the other in my teams, working closely with the Magistrates making sure that they have all the support that they need at all times.
As Praetor of the FIST his duties include advising and working with both myself and the rest of the FIST Staff in the creation of new gaming platforms to keep the Brotherhood gaming as diverse and engaging as possible. His role also sees him assisting me in the day to day running of the FIST office, whether it be approving gaming requests or grading exams. He is also constantly coming up with new ideas and competitions for the Brotherhood in order to keep our gamers excited and engaged. During his time as Praetor he was helped in the creation of the Telegram gaming channels, something that gives gamers a social platform to
talk about the games that they are enjoying, he is also incredibly active in these channels as well, on top of this his activity as a member speak volumes to the commitment that he has for gaming, taking part in almost every gaming competition that I have run and that has been run by members of my Staff, he is also an active gamer in general always taking the time to game with the member is a variety of different platforms.
Congratulations on the Grand Cross you have earned it.
