Primary reason: Since his arrival in house Ziost, Talon Jade has been forever striving to battle the age old problem of In-activity within the membership. Primary reason: As of this, the 15th day of January in the 2004th year of the Empire, I KAP Janos Silverwulf Quaestor of the Krath House Marka Ragnos request the elevation of KP Kell Wraith to the level of KAP with all of the powers and responsibilites that such a rank entails.

Kell has been an outstanding and valued member of this house in my tenure as QUA displaying the qualities of a fine leader and motivator. Since his appointment as TET of the Avatars of Death Phyle he has stimulated the activity of his tyros accepting nothing but the best from them and quite frequently getting just that. He has been a valuble addition to the House's summit aiding both myself and my AED Tissaya Luna Argat-Kor on numerous occassions.

In my time in the DB I doubt that I have ever seen a battleteam leader get to grips with both his job and his sometimes difficult members as fast as Kell has done. To his detriment he does his work in silence not expecting any reward and I regret not having written this recomendation earlier.
