I am honored to recommend Kylex to the rank of Equite I. Many members toil to attain the rank of Knight, but auspicious few ever break into the Equite ranks. It requires leadership, service to others, and a willingness to listen and learn from others. It is not an easy path to continue advancing through the Equite ranks, but I believe Kylex is ready to take his first step onto the path.

Since his last promotion, Kylex has participated in 37 competitions, organized 5 competitions, submitted 3 PvP Matches, Finished 2 ACC Battles, penned 7 Fiction Activities (3938 words!), posted twice in run-ons (581 words!), and passed 11 Shadow Academy courses. He has also collected numerous awards in that time: an Anteian Cross, a Dark Cross, 9 Crescents (2 Cr-A, 2 Cr-S, 5 Cr-T), 5 Clusters of Fire, and 16 Clusters of Ice. Additionally, I have been impressed with the quality of Kylex’s efforts and leadership within Tacitus Athanasius. In March, while his Battle Team Leader focused on House tasks, he took the reigns of his team and lead them magnificently. The team continued to be active in their chat, participating in competitions, and collecting numerous merit medals and promotions. Kylex also demonstrated a propensity with artwork, utilizing his drawings of fellow members to encourage camaraderie and participation as the unit thrived.

Kylex is a developing leader in this club. I believe that - when his mind is set to the task - he can lead others through his own actions, through encouragement of others, and produce intriguing content that his members respond positively to. Based on his capability as a leader, his determination to participate in competitions, and his eagerness to continue his journey… I believe he is ready for induction into the Equite ranks. Recognized as a fully committed member of this club and Scholae Palatinae.

The time has come! Kylex has been working so hard to reach this point in his DJB career and he has now achieved it in numerous ways. Besides his tenacity in staying active through competitions, ACCs, conversations through Telegram, and working on multiple fiction projects, Kylex is also always ready to help wherever he can. He has jumped up to the plate when anyone needs help or proofing, and even designed 12 art pieces and 12 Telegram stickers for the members of Tacitus Athanasius. (Roughly an hour is spent on each piece of art before he works on the process of converting it to their sticker pack.) This is a huge investment of time for no reward other than the happiness of his fellow members. Kylex has assisted with a Clan task to ensure bi-monthly updates about available fiction competitions too. His role is to collect available competitions for all members of CSP and submit them to our Fiction Captain. This has helped our overall participation per event in those events.

Congratulations, Kylex! You are a magnificent leader in the making. I can’t wait to see you reach further to the stars and beyond in the Brotherhood. When you put your mind to it, you achieve it. I have seen the evidence of this time and time again. It’s been an honor seeing you grow and working with you. Here’s to the future, Australian Mate!

Honestly, I don’t know where to begin! This has been long time coming, and I am absolutely ecstatic to see Kylex join in on the Equite life! Having spent a lot of time talking about character development, battle team ideas for Tacitus Athanasius, and what it means to help others in TA to excel; Kylex has shown that his heart lies with the betterment of TA and its members. Having pushed hard to partake in various competitions while placing in a few as well as having taken many exams in the Shadow Academy, he has shown a blazing determination to stand up and get where he needs to be. His dedication has even led him to receiving his very first Anteian Cross, and has given me reason to be proud to have him as my Sergeant for TA. It is always a great day to recommend a member advance into the Equite ranks. It is doubly so when it is for a member as passionate and devoted as Kylex. Be it helping develop the battleteam Tacitus Athanasius, his willingness to do anything once, or supporting his fellow members, Kylex is a ball of hyperactivity and drive. He also has the deep passion and caring mindset that makes him stand out as a developing leader in this club.
