TuQ's tenure as Consul of Clan Plagueis began under far from ordinary circumstances. Elevated to the position on short notice just months ago, he found himself taking command of a Clan with little time to settle into the role before the onset of the Great Jedi War. Few leadership transitions are as challenging as inheriting a Clan immediately before the Brotherhood's premier event, yet TuQ accepted the responsibility without hesitation and guided Plagueis through the conflict with dedication and resolve.

Leading during the Great Jedi War required balancing the demands of administration, member engagement, and personal participation over the course of several weeks. Throughout the event, TuQ remained committed to supporting his members and ensuring that Clan Plagueis remained active despite the challenges presented by both the timing of his appointment and the scale of the event itself.

During the war, Clan Plagueis recorded 13 unique participants while averaging more than 38% participation across each phase, ultimately earning 2,408.74 points. TuQ personally contributed 156.28 points to that total, continuing to participate alongside his members while carrying the responsibilities of Consul.

Outside of the war, TuQ has continued to serve the Brotherhood through both participation and event organization. Since his last award, he has taken part in 42 competitions, earning 17 Crescents and 26 Clusters across a variety of activities. He also organized 27 competitions, creating opportunities for others to remain engaged and helping sustain activity throughout his tenure.

Now that the Great Jedi War has concluded and TuQ is stepping down as Consul, it is important to recognize both the circumstances under which he accepted the role and the commitment he demonstrated while serving in it. He answered the call when Clan Plagueis needed a leader, guided the Clan through one of the Brotherhood's most demanding events, and fulfilled that responsibility with dedication and professionalism. For his service as Consul of Clan Plagueis, I am pleased to recommend that he be awarded the Sapphire Blade.
