It is my pleasure to recognize Aldaric this day. It's been over 14 months since he was last awarded, where he had some left over MXP that still has yet to be recognized. Today, we will recognize those efforts along with the activities he's completed since to amassed the 1012MXP needed for a Steel Cross. He's done this by participating in 7 more competitions, earning a crescent with Amethyst Star, earning 3 crescents with Emerald star, and earning 2 crescents with Topaz Star. He's also being active in the gaming community by amassing 40 clusters of fire. He's also been increasing his education by completing 1 degree in the Shadow Academy. Finally, Aldaric has also completed a society level up for the ACC as a participant. During these activities he's amassed a total of 38950 credits for Vizsla.

I'm always delighted to see veteran members continuing to contribute to this club, even after several years of activity and participation. More importantly, I'm excited to see a recent addition to Vizsla continue to be involved in our community. Thank you for continuing to be involved in our club.

Every year on May 4th, we award Seals of Loyalty to members nominated by the DC and Consuls--typically one per DC, two per CON. Normally I would have asked for those nominations last week, but this year we're doing something different. In November 2015 (we used to do SoLs twice a year), eagerly awaiting the release of The Force Awakens, Sarin awarded SoLs to all Clanned and positioned members in the club. This year, we're taking a page out of Sarin's book: every member of the club who has logged into the website between January 1, 2025 and May 4, 2025 will receive a Seal of Loyalty. That this club has not just lasted but thrived for 30 years is a remarkable testament to our community, the leaders at all levels who have kept the ship on course, and especially our members who keep engaging year after year. Aldaric joined CSP some time ago and has remained with us even after his time in leadership came to an end. Recent changes to the XP process allow me to retroactively award Aldaric for efforts in the past.

Since Aldaric's last medal he's been doing most of his work in the Shadow Academy, furiously grading papers and learning the Dewey Decimal System.

In that time, Aldaric has earned a handful of scrolls of foundation. As a result of all his efforts there, I am pleased to pass along an Anteian Cross.
