Zuza is an outlier. She is more active by a large margin than almost any other member, and she has risen to a high position and rank after just three years in this club. She didn't actively seek her current role but she has more than proven herself worthy of it. Her ridiculous level of activity and willingness to take on the challenge of clan leadership has brought her to this point at a rapid rate.

I am very happy to promote her to EL2.

Over three years ago, one of the best things the Kord has dragged in had decided to follow through with clicking that recruiter link, and I got the honor to mentor her. One Zuza Lottson. She never needed a master, not really. I may have assisted in a few little lessons or answered a couple of questions, but she has always been pretty resourceful, determined, and not afraid to ask anyone from Master to Summit or the Council. She’s such a friendly, outgoing, and open individual, empathetically there for those having a rough time and one of the first people to celebrate folks’ accomplishments. Someone once called her out for being ambitious and it's true, but in a good way. Her aspirations have always been geared around what ideas she genuinely thinks she could bring forth to better and improve our Brotherhood for everyone. Erinyes speaks of her work with the Emissary, of her community efforts involving everyone in gaming, roleplay, and conversation — almost effortlessly may I add. It’s all 1000% true, ever since day one. She’s always bridged the gap between clans and engaged with everyone.

I believe I’ve said this before in a previous rec for her and it remains true, she is truthfully the first person that comes to mind if I were to be asked who embodies ‘The One Brotherhood.’ It’s Zuza. Full stop.

This lady sees no clanlines, so much so she threw four clans together for an event — her very first big clan event as Consul — and said ‘Go play with your new fam!’ That takes big cojones! Assisting with the event, I observed the time and effort Zuza poured into it. She kept us on time, organized competitions and discussions, managed a line of communication with the other leaders, encouraged the members to participate, kept them appraised with report updates, and more. This all echoes similarly with how she manages and facilitates Clan Summit business. Zuza encourages the House Leaders to embrace their ideas and to learn their roles, informs them of Brotherhood changes, mediates conflict resolution, and tries to make sure everyone’s voice gets heard. She just brought back our Discretionary Funds for the houses, where each HQD and Gal earn money based on their members' activity to put towards their funds for assets. And we’re already starting to discuss what’s next on the horizon. Since I became her Pecan to her Con, it almost feels like something of a turn of events, that she’s now my mentor, which I’ll touch on at the end of this again, promise. ;P

And I don’t even need to mention her activity as a member. I mean come on! Look at those numbers listed above. Truly envious and inspired both.

Congratulations, Zuza Lottson, for making Elder II! May you continue to uwu on and enjoy everything with the club that has kept you coming back each day, the activities, the community, and the friends. May the shadows and stabbies continue to guide your way.

Zuza is one of the first members to have reached the XP threshold needed to achieve the rank of Elder 2 without being grandfathered into it at the time Elder XP was implemented. I'm not going to go into how well she's played the numbers game, because to me, that's not the real reason she deserves her rank. What makes Zuza Elder material, going by the oldtimer definition of "contributing in a way that benefits the Brotherhood as a whole", is her ability to build a community.

I first started interacting with Zuza regularly during the 2023 Great Jedi War, when we sat in Discord and no-lifed Halo together for six weeks straight. Every day, I saw her go out of her way to include people in our activities regardless of their Clan affiliation. On several occasions, we shot the breeze about what we'd like to see from the Brotherhood in the future, and her answer was always some variant of "more community". More togetherness. More inclusion. More emphasis on what we have in common. More making people feel welcome.

In the time since then, Zuza has stayed remarkably consistent about bringing people together. Her willingness to befriend and include everyone became a meme in Brotherhood RP because she genuinely is that person. It's why she was appointed Praetor to the Emissary, and it even became an in-joke in one of our Possessions items. Zuza cares about the entire club in a way that most members don't, and she strives to make the Brotherhood better for everyone in a way few others bother to do. That's the kind of leader this club needs.
