The greatest joy of leadership within this club is being able to see your fellows establish themselves within our community and advance along the ranks. This advancement brings me particular joy, as I've come to know Kah'ri quite well over the last few years. Kah'ri has a wonderful spirit about him. He is focused on improvement, service to others, and growth. It is due it part to this attitude and spirit that Kah'ri has joined the Summit of Clan Scholae Palatinae.
Over the last Six months, I have had the great pleasure of watching Kah'ri grow in a leadership role first hand. He is quick to highlight good ideas and help to improve those ideas which need improvement. He has become an instrumental part of our leadership team and has routinely show the eagerness and dedication that is required of a good leader. As his Consul, I am absolutely thrilled to have a member like Kah'ri on staff. I am wholly excited to watch his continued growth as a leader. There is surely a bright future ahead for him and I consider myself honored to be witness to a part of it.
Beyond his leadership capacity, Kah'ri is a cornerstone of CSP's community. He participates in nearly every event, is active on discord, involved with our discussions and curious about what others think and feel. Kah'ri is a talented artist, providing myself with and the clan with beautiful 3d renders of our headquarters. In every single facet, Kah'ri epitomizes the mentality of the ideal upper echelon Equites; dedicated, helpful, welcoming and eager to improve.
It brings me great pleasure to congratulate Kah'ri on a well deserved promotion to Equite 3. Keep up the fantastic work, my friend. I can't wait to see the next chapter.

Kah'ri has more than earned this promotion to Equite 3. He is an awesome member of the Clan and we couldn't have asked for a better leader for HAD. His thirst for knowledge is insaitable for how things work behind the scenes. He is always on the hunt for competitions we can run for the Clan and it has not gone unnoticed. He is always willing to help and we can count on him being open and honest about whatever we require of him. He does amazing work in the graphics department for our Clan and welcomes constructive criticism. Simply put, he is an important pillar in our leadership for the Clan and we couldn't run the Clan as smoothly without his help. Kah'ri, I would love to recognize your efforts with this well deserved promotion. Congratulations!

I have always enjoyed watching people grow, mature, and find themselves. The fact that I get to watch that within an organization that has made up more of my life than anything else is icing on the cake.
Kah'ri came to the DJB in much the same way as others; a family member suckered him into it at a family event and he couldn't say no. What happened afterwards has been magical.
In nearly 30 years Kah'ri has done things that I never imagined could happen. A cherished memory will always be logging into VR and getting to interact with a dagger created from CSP fictions. His artwork, see specifically the Opal gif, is amazing and achieves one of my fundamental beliefs - that art makes real what we dream of here.
Not satisfied to rest on these accomplishments he's grown in RP writing (scale that wall buddy!) to now House leadership. He's running competitions, engaging with the community, and creating opportunities for all members.
This is an amazing accomplishment to see him rise to EQ3 and I know it is just another milestones towards an amazing career that is still just getting started.

It has been nearly 7 months since Kah'ri's last medal. In that time, Kah'ri has stepped up into a leadership role. In this position, he has been eager to learn, eager to execute, and eager to improve. Not only has he shown an eagerness for all of these things, he has done them.
Kah'ri has now been QUA for nearly 6 months, helping to lead CSP through a GJW along the way. IN this time he has participated in 109 competitions, stacks of crescents to boot, he's leveled up in societies 10 times, participated in 4 RPs as a participant and run one as the DM. Kah'ri has been involved on all fronts when it comes to member activity, but where he has really come to shine is as an emerging leader of Clan Scholae Palatinae.
If I need something done, Kah'ri is always the first to jump at the chance. Of the 15 competitions run during CSP's Sithmas event, Kah'ri supplied the concept for 7 of them. He routinely contributes, even if he is not running the event. During the Sithmas event, he completed in all the events while encouraging others to do so as well. Kah'ri is also instrumental in advertising the clan events. He has also personally reached out to our members with AWOL warnings and continues to show a unmatched dedication to his role.
Beyond the daily operations of being QUA, Kah'ri has also taken up a project of creating Renders of CSP's Headquarters. One of these renders is visible in my last report. Throughout the process of creating these pieces, Kah'ri has been receptive He has also created images for all of the CSP Artifacts, which can be found on the Wiki. Including several gifs for the Rajk Opal. I also got a a kick ass render of CSP's SARLAC Station from him. Throughout the process of these projects, Kah'ri has been nothing but receptive and responsive to criticism. He takes it well, focuses on how he can improve and then does so. I've been so impressed with this, I'll be putting him to work on a long backlog of images the Clan needs.
In addition to this project, Kah'ri has provided me with the swish new graphics for my Consul report. His work stands miles above anything I could make and he volunteered without question.
Kah'ri places improving the experience of our members above anything else and has grown every single day in his role as QUA. I am so greatful for his positive attitude, work ethic and drive. I cannot wait to see what else he has in store for us. Congratulations Kah'ri. Keep up the fantastic work!
