Jade has competed in a number of competitions, has worked hard with summit and submitted regular reports and has been an excellent leader, has done a number of courses. Jade has been around since the last time I was QUA, and her work ethic and dedication to HMR and the DB in general has yet to fail. Jade has been BTL of the Night Hawks since January, and has shown immense dedication to her job. A quick view of her dossier shows her activity, 14 crescents in the last 3 months. That's no small feat. She's also provided insane ammounts of competitions for her BT and House. The only merit medal Jade has recieved in 2008 is a Dark Cross. It is high time we recognize her outstanding achievements as a Battleteam Leader. Therefore, I'm pleased to award her this Steel Cross. Congratz Jade!

Jade was an absolute whirlwind of activity during the Independence Games, participating in an outstanding eleven different events while placing second in four of them: "A Picture's Worth", "Death Poem", "Who, what, when, where, why, and How" and "Drunken Discord". Aside from her momentus personal activity, Jade consistantly pushed for other members to participate within the Independence Games virtually anytime they were mentioned in our mailing list. This Daughter of Sadow has also gone above and beyond constantly to ensure that our members have something to do, repeatedly returning to the summit with ideas for competitions to be run both before and after the Independence Games themselves. Jade is one of our most notable members when it comes to activity within the Brotherhood and she is a pleasure to work with, it is my honour to bestow a Steel Cross upon Jade for all of her assistance to Naga Sadow before, during and after the Independence Games. Keep up the hard work.

Jade is a long time member of Naga Sadow who has continued to be pretty active and had a strong showing in the Great Jedi War. In that event, she earned seven Seals of Revelation. In addition, since her last award, Jade has earned three Sapphire Crescents, one Emerald Crescent, eight Clusters of Ice, and three Seals of the Crusader. She has also run a competition for the entire club, as well as participated in eight other competitions outside of vendetta. In addition, she takes it upon herself to work with and bond with newer members, as evidenced by her proofreading and helping members such as Maelous when it comes to Runons and other writing competitions. It's always good to see this level of involvement from a long time member, and for that I would like to recognize Jade's efforts with this award.
