I did not think that they would be replaced very easily...and then came Rax. I've been working with Rax for over a month now and I have been nothing but impressed. He has an excellent work ethic and amazing skill at coding. He and I work remarkably well together -- he can put up with my crap and my constant request. Rax is fast, efficient and has clean and standardized code. His work has alreay had an impact on the DB. Specifically, Rax has helped develop a set of coding standards for the DB, he has coded a new function library, built the training saber test and advancement survey, created a system for adding, requesting and updating robes, and tons of other small changes.
