How does she do it? Maybe she was born with it? Maybe it’s Maybelline, but Sagitta “Sofila” Douve Armis has taken Arcona by storm. One would assume that after blitzing their way to EQ2 in what has got to be a new academy record, their activity rate might flag at least a little.

One would be mistaken.

Since her previous promotion not four months ago, this absolute whirlwind of activity in woman form has (co-)run six comps and participated in 165. For her efforts, she’s bagged 8 Diamond, 5 Ruby, 3 Amethyst, 7 Sapphire, 3 Emerald, 6 Topaz, and 3 Quartz Starred Crescents. Quite the haul of bling that would look more at home in the reward cabinets of some Battleteams.

On the Cluster front, she’s probably tripping over herself from the absolutely massive piles of 1947 (Count ‘em) Clusters of Fire, 225 Clusters of Ice, 135 Clusters of Earth, and finally a sub three-digit-number of 5 Clusters of Graphite.

During the Great Jedi War XVI, she maintained her staggering rate of activity and nabbed home 16 Seals of Transcendence, showing that she’s just as liable to overwhelm in War and in Peace.

With all this activity in raw numbers, one would presume Sagitta to be a recluse who does little more than games their butt off and churns out more competition submissions than medieval peasants do butter. Again, one would be mistaken.

Her Cluster of Ice score is founded on the iceberg of 74 040 words she’s written as a participant in various roleplays, along with the 28 315 words as DM. That is a total of over 100k words!!! These staggering figures just go to show the social prowess of our MMA Mirialan, always wanting to entertain her fellow club members as well as participate in the hijinks of our illustrious membership.

Since about four months ago, a day after her promotion in fact, Jenni has been acting as Aedile for House Qel-Droma. During that time, she’s really grown into her own and started taking initiative with a delightfully member-focused approach. She’s not afraid to speak her mind or to put forward new suggestions and improvements, whilst also having the sensibility to listen to the ‘wisdom of the elders’. Though of course, within reason. We old beards do only perceive to know things, after all.

She has brought much-needed energy into House Qel-Droma and has been busy seeking to improve the membership experience, focusing rightly on that which is most important: The People. Her sunny, bubbly, effervescent attitude, often despite difficult days behind the screen, is truly remarkable and her boundless energy is truly infectious. Yet she couples this with a diligence and focus on achieving results and her aid in running the monthly activity numbers and compiling reports alongside myself has been an invaluable assistance.

I don’t need a high Farsight to tell Sagitta’s going to go far, kid.

For all her hard work, accomplishments, boundless energy, and infectious good spirits, I am proud to recommend Sagitta be promoted to EQ3!

The Muffin Ma'am. Frankly I'm surprised it's taken this long for you to rise further through the ranks but that's only when I look at the dates themselves. The time has flown by, like your warthog up that tree. But no, seriously, I have nothing but praise to give and amazement that it's been so long already. Sofila has not only been an incredibly fast learner, taking to the Aedile position as if she were born to it, but she's been a beacon of activity. This will surely have been covered already but I want to talk about the visible impact, because Sofila doesn't just do activity; she positions herself at the head of it. While discussing writing, oftentimes you'll see her pop up to fiction chat because she had an idea for a Rp-Question. She regularly starts conversations about characters and plotlines, offering her characters as aids to others. Day by day she's in the gaming channels, creating matchmaking parties and being that starting point of activity for the day. Her presence makes the difference in how much activity Arcona and many of the other clans see throughout the day, as Sofila cannot be contained and we have all banners passing through her gaming sessions.

Sof is commonly a voice of reason as well. She is quick to spot potentially volatile situations and just as quick to suggest people take a breather. Not only that, but in a more personal regard I oftentimes find myself going to her for a soundboard. No one can deny that the last month and a half has been chaotic for me. From acting as Consul to building my application, all off of the back of freshly immigrating to a new country, Sofila was present as a space to sort my thoughts and face the next step with a more organised mind.

I doubt that I am the only one.

So to Jenni, congratulations. Enjoy needing to redo all of your character sheets <3
