The day you made Knight and became the Battle Team Leader of the Knights of Allusis it became wonderfully clear your trajectory was set, and you've burnt brightly since then, driving a new direction for the Knights of Allusis, filling Discord with your bubbling personality, and stretching your wings through our various societies, while competing and relaxing with other members throughout. You've been an absolute joy to work alongside, to teach, to learn from, a model Team Leader, and a great friend altogether. Your joy for teaching others and learning, yourself, has been contagious, and I know this step into the middle ranks of The Brotherhood is just the beginning for you, and the launchpad of the light you'll bring to so many others.

I swear it feels like Syrena joined like four days ago. I can't tell if that's just because they have been such a positive influence in the clan that I have lost track of time, or if it's because I keep getting woken up by like 50-60 emails a night because Syrena keeps doing things.

In the month or so since she became a Knight, the nonstop activity has continued. 16 non container competitions, an ACC match, five more shadow academy courses, oh and over 10k words across 7 rp sessions.

Congratulations Syrena, your rise has been spectacular to watch.

A little over a month. It has been only a little more than a month. I remember a time where these things took forever. And I'm glad those days are over. Because what we have here is a member who has come so far in four months and with, hopefully many more years to go, will continue to go even farther. Syrena, you have brought with you fresh air and sunshine simply by being yourself. Continue to do exactly that and you'll find yourself surrounded by friends. You have the talent, the potential and the drive needed to go as far as you want in this club and I look forward to being around to watch it.

And now, we get to the boring details. Tisto touched on some of them, but here we go.

Syrena has participated in a number of competitions, during which she gained no less than 6 Crescents. A Diamond, a Ruby, three Amethysts and a Sapphire. She managed to gain 30 Clusters of Ice and 12 Clusters of Graphite. If that wasn't enough, she was appointed as one of our battleteam leaders and has taken off running with it.

Syrena has more than earned this promotion and I am pleased as punch to add my own voice to these recommendations. Congrats, Syrena!

Well I'll be damned, Syrena, you continue to amaze and astound, racing through the ranks by virtue of enjoyment and not simply chasing goals, you've been a steadfast member of Odan-Urr since you first joined our ranks, and immediately upon joining you turned your educator hat around and helped to teach others the very things you had only just learned yourself. You are a shining example of leading from the front, by example, and with integrity. Every time you have had a question you have brought it to staff directly to learn exactly how the systems in question work, and you've applied learned knowledge seamlessly, willfully sharing all of these lessons to anyone willing to listen. Within a week of taking your post as the Battle Team Leader of the Knights of Allusis you turned around and began a new series of competitions aimed at helping flesh out their post-reformation identity and rebuilding their legacy. At the rate you dedicate yourself to finding out and consuming the lore of various facets of the club, I have no doubt that within the following months you'll have easily consumed and have made full sense of the entirety of The Brotherhood's years-long narrative.

I feel like it was only just yesterday when Syrena joined House Hoth. Or maybe it was just only yesterday I got 75 or so emails waking me up in the middle of the night because Syrena was active again. Really who can say? It was recent enough that I can remember exactly how Syrena came to join Hoth. Our House event in October had just started up and I got asked if she could join one of the events.

I am glad she did join, proving to be an amazing member of Hoth. Now, as she walks the path of Knight Commander of the Knights of Allusis, I see a member fitting into the large shoes of her predecessors. She has already put a significant amount of work into getting the Battleteam a new storyline.

So it comes as no surprise to me that she has done enough to become a Knight. Syrena has been a model member for activity, engaging with as many aspects of the club as she can. It has been an honor to watch her grow into Hoth's newest Knight, and I am excited to see what kind of impact she will make on the Knights of Allusis.

Syrena. You have been here two months, and in that time you not only blew through the ranks to become Journeyman 4, but you also: lead your own comps, became a BTL, and have reached out across the DB to do even bigger and better things. To say you have surpassed my expectations would be a lie-- because the moment you touched down in our little corner of the internet, I knew you would shellshock the rest of us. To put it into perspective, it took me four months to reach Journeyman 4 (Knight)-- which was seen as incredibly fast. You did that in half of the time it took me.

I know you'll continue this steam onwards, lovingly carpet bombing our emails with your continuously growing list of accomplishments. I don't think you know how to do anything else. Odan-Urr is a better place for your joining us, and we cherish every moment you're here. (Yes, including silly voicechat giggles about dwarves).

From here, my place as your mentor diminishes in-character, as Syrena has become her own person and a vastly capable leader, but know I will always be here for you out of character-- especially when you sprint past me in a blaze of glory, consuming everything with an unbridled and unbeatable passion.
