A new generation of Odanites up and on their way. I'm glad to see a new generation of members gaming, writing, and engaging with our systems overall, even if my counterpart is griping about the influx of Shadow Academy exam emails flooding our inboxes. Dot, Journeyman 2 is a stepping stone towards the many great achievements you'll gain here with us, but I'm looking forward to everything you'll achieve. Your activity has spoken volumes already, taking part in 18 competitions, increasing your rank in the Grandmaster's Royal Guard, and throwing in with Esen and others through various roleplays.

It’s been lovely seeing Dolot engage with not just his clanmates and House peers, but also the greater Brotherhood communities. From making his character on day one of him joining the club, to playing Paazak with those in the Brotherhood.
I’ve also had the privilege of watching him jump into his first RP with allies from our sister clan, Arcona.
We’ve spoken much about various parts of the club, and Dolot is always eager to learn and do more. He expressed interest in running his first competition, do stay tuned, for that to come to fruition.
Dolot is not only my student, but my friend of many years, and I am entirely grateful for him and his eagerness to participate. Congrats on Journeyman 2, Dolot.

Every year on May 4th, we award Seals of Loyalty to members nominated by the DC and Consuls--typically one per DC, two per CON. Normally I would have asked for those nominations last week, but this year we're doing something different. In November 2015 (we used to do SoLs twice a year), eagerly awaiting the release of The Force Awakens, Sarin awarded SoLs to all Clanned and positioned members in the club. This year, we're taking a page out of Sarin's book: every member of the club who has logged into the website between January 1, 2025 and May 4, 2025 will receive a Seal of Loyalty. That this club has not just lasted but thrived for 30 years is a remarkable testament to our community, the leaders at all levels who have kept the ship on course, and especially our members who keep engaging year after year. Thank you and congratulations, everyone!
