You’d think having just awarded Kora her first AK, I’d be out of praise…but that underestimates this outstanding member and their achievements.
Once again, it pleases me to be able to make a recommendation for Kora. For some of us old dogs, we can remember a time when the Equite ranks were a mystery and such limitations like time requirements existed. Thankfully, the brotherhood has modernized so that we can recognize members in the moment and right pacing for the achievements they’ve obtained. That’s why I’m glad to see that in only 2 short months in rank and 5 months total in the club, Kora has more than earned to be recognized as Equite 3. This has been obtained through her consistent contributions to our community, her steady presence in our club, and the energy she’s brought to Vizsla across so many different avenues of activity.
Since her last promotion, Kora has grown her contributions to the club and in turn, Vizsla. Truly it is astounding to me to see such a meteoric rise. In that time, Kora has reached the required 23000 XP to reach the rank of Equite 3. She’s done this by participating in an impressive 100 competitions. Out of those, she’s earned 54 placement awards, meaning she placed in about 54% of the competitions she entered during this time. Those placements include 1 Gold Nova and 53 Crescents: 13 Diamond, 12 Ruby, 10 Amethyst, 7 Sapphire, 3 Emerald, 7 Topaz, and 1 Quartz. That level of consistent success across events shows Kora is focused on more than just participation but quality work as well.
Beyond those service recognitions, Kora has earned a wide spread of activity awards that reflect her consistency and involvement: 672 Clusters of Fire, 4 Clusters of Ice, 90 Cluster of Graphite, and 1 Scrolls of Foundation.In addition to competition entries, Kora has been just as dedicated across all realms of activity. In gaming, she logged over 90 activities. In fiction, she’s completed 3 fiction activities with 2097 words. She’s advanced across 8 different society rank-ups, including 2 with the Inquisitorius, 2 with Shroud Syndicate, and 4 with the GMRG. That breadth of engagement makes her a well-rounded and reliable member, one we can always count on no matter the arena.
In short, Kora exemplifies the qualities we look for as a member of our community: she is active, very dependable, a positive presence in our community. She’s shown that time and again she’s not just here for herself but for the success of the community we are building.

In my time as Quaestor of Wren, one person has consistently filled my inbox with notifications. Kora has more than earned her elevation to Equite 3 and I still foresee a fruitful career ahead of her. Kora is not an average member of the Brotherhood, not only in activity levels, but in ability, enjoyment of the Star Wars franchise, and passion for the Club itself. She is talkative, willing to work with others, helps people when she can, and is a star member of our Clan.
I am certain that as more people start to pay attention and see what she is capable of doing, in art, in writing, and in ideas, she will find more higher ups who see that this woman is more than just 'participating for the XP' and hopefully will reach out to her for those skills and abilities~
Personally speaking, this rank up is beyond deserved and merely a requirement of getting her to a place where people will treat her as more than just a new recruit - reminder that this Elder 3 is in just under 5 months of joining! Insanity! - and will see her as what she truly is; a force to be reckoned with and one who will most certainly help make Vizsla and the DJB an even better place as she's given more opportunities to shine and chances to aid!

Since her last sacramental award, only 2 and a half months ago, Kora has grown her contributions to the club and in turn, Vizsla. Truly it is astounding to me to see such a meteoric rise. In that time, Kora has reached the required 11533 Medal XP to earn her first Amethyst Kukri. She’s done this by participating in an impressive 127 competitions. Out of those, she’s earned 61 placement awards, meaning she placed in about 47% of the competitions she entered. Those placements include 1 Gold Nova and 60 Crescents: 12 Diamond, 14 Ruby, 16 Amethyst, 9 Sapphire, 3 Emerald, 5 Topaz, and 1 Quartz. That level of consistent success across events shows Kora is focused on more than just participation but quality work as well.

What can I say about Kora? I don't have to say anything to be honest. She lives by the Credits not Words creed as evidenced by her activity level. I see so many notifications about her that I may have to start a separate filter. She has amassed a large amount of XP since her last award in August and has earned her first Amethyst Kukri.
I see great things in Koras future, maybe someday stepping up into my job and beyond. Great Work!

To say that Kora is a rising star is an absolute understatement. Her competition participation is incredibly high, and her percentage of placement is nigh unbelievable, showing that she isn't just entering for the sake of it. Every bit of XP she has acquired is undeniably earned and the amount of time she has acquired it in is somewhere between admirable and insane.
With her constant activity and now working for an official position, there is little doubt in my mind that she is going to have an incredible mark on the DJB given enough time and people willing to let her do it, and there is no underestimating how much I do so hope that more people take notice of her great talents.
