Where do I begin with Zandro? The lovable force of nature that is the Cox...(/pun.) I suppose I could start off with a list of his achievements since his last promotion and then go on to why he SHOULD be promoted. So here goes:<br>
Since his last promotion, Zandro has racked up: 1 x Crescent with Quartz Star, 1 x Crescent with Topaz Star , 7 x Crescent with Emerald Star, 11 x Crescent with Sapphire Star, 6 x Crescent with Amethyst Star, 2 x Crescent with Ruby Star, 1 x Seal of Loyalty, 11 x Cluster of Fire, 2 x Grand Cross of the Dark Side, Served as Quaestor of Galeres and of House Qel-Droma for a grand total of 8 months in the job overall, Sapphire Blade, Bronze Nova, Gold Nova, Pendant of Blood, 15 x Seal of Unity, Dark Side Scroll, Became an Arconae, Legion of Scholar.<br>
Yes, quite a list, three pages of activity on his history outline. But activity does not solely lift someone higher through the ranks of the Equites. His activity shows just how dedicated Zandro is to the Clan, as an Arconae he is one of the most revered members of Arcona. Many of the newer members look to Zandro as an example of what they might become if they work hard and enjoy themselves at the same time. Serving as a BTL and a Quaestor, Zandro has shown his leadership qualities, leading Galeres and Soulfire, both heady achievements within Arcona, as Galeres is still often thought of as the first House of the Clan and is indeed the Consulâs personal favourite. During his time as a leader, Zandro brought about many changes to the House which benefitted it, however, on the rare occasion it didnât, Zandro quickly solved the problem. But enough about Coxâs awesome leadership abilities as Iâm sure it will be covered by others more eloquent than myself. <br>
Zandroâs contributions to Arcona are without number. He contributed to Arconaâs win in the Ninth GJW, participating in 15 events. Despite losing to me in the ACC, (Yes, I still remember that Cox :P) Zandro went on to place in the top 5 of the ACC bracket. Cementing Arconaâs domination of the event. He also participated in the gaming, working with Jscumm and Wolvie to terrorise the other Clans in JA and EaW. After the GJW, Dash hosted the Third Great Hunt, a competition pitting the newly formed Battleteams against one another for supremacy. Soulfire dominated the event, Zandro easily the most active member there as he cemented Soulfire as the premier Battleteam of Arcona. Even after that Zandro appeared in the RoS, losing to Erin only because Muz didnât like his antics. Nothing wrong with slapping giant tits.... (<_< ) But I digress. Not only do I believe Zandro deserves this promotion to Sith Battlelord, but so too does the whole of Arcona. We want to thank Zandro for his efforts in both leadership in summit roles and in informal roles. For an Arconae is always a beacon to follow. His efforts rally others behind him and without him, Arcona would suffer. For all of this, I believe Zandro is well deserving of this rise in rank. Congratulations Zandro. <br>
Sanguinius Tsucyra, Quaestor of House Galeres. <br><br>
Well, where to start. Since I joined the Brotherhood, Zandro has been a pillar, his consistent words of encouragement motivated me to Knight and the support continued to my promotion to Prelate. Zandro has always been a constant to me and I now have the privilege of calling him a close friend. Not only has his laid back, cheery attitude perked me up on my off days, but he has always been around for his Clan, his IRC presence may be sporadic at times, but when he is around he never turns down a cry for help and will always offer a word of advice, be it elder or journeyman. <br>
In terms of service, Zandro has always stepped up, commanding Soulfire (Arconaâs First Battle Team) no less than five times, including re-taking the role this week (due to unforeseen circumstances involving the previous leader) without hesitation. His participation in vendettas and wars is second to none, so much so he even outscored a whole house (to which Iâm constantly reminded) and placed first individually in âOperation Eclipseâ and the âGreat Hunt 3â. On top of this, Zandro is currently working on some awesome concepts for the Arcona Arena which I for one am pretty psyched about.<br>
I could spend all day praising Zandro for his efforts and dedication to the Clan and itsâ members but am pretty sure he would much prefer a promotion for his efforts instead of me praising him :P<br>

Heh. This oneâs a no-brainer. Zandro is an Arconae. Heâs served over a year as QUA and AED of both houses. Heâs been BTL of Soulfire five times. He co-created (and by that I mean he did all the grunt work, I just claimed credit) for the Arcona Arena. Heâs one of the two lasting reasons why Soulfire is the Sword of Arcona. Heâs an Ace of the ACC. He got Vartard to believe he was a girl and try to cyber with him. He personifies what it is to be Arconan: active as hell, a jack of all trades, and hilarious to boot. Weâre lucky to have him, as his QUA and AED have already said. This promotion is long overdue and itâs clearly evident that he warrants it. Well done, that man.<br>
