Since he joined Alvaak long years ago he has worked TIRESLY to improve the Clan and his members not only as AED (back then) but also as a REAL mentor and a REAL toutor for the new members. When we split from the EH I appointed him as QUA of the now House Byss because I was sure he would have keep up with his standard but he surprised me not only by doing so, but also IMPROVING his performances as a leader. He teach our guys as to write better and guide them in all their needs. Thanx to him alone House Byss growed from the few we were when CEK reborn from Alvaak to 16 members it is now, and ONLY thanx to Bant. Really, I'm not a Krath and english isn't my first leanguage so I don't know how to explain more why he deserve to be promoted but I belive that been his CON, have worked with him for the last, about, 2 years and half, and been a leader in the DB for the last 3 years I belive you should trust my judgment, mostly because my inability to explain you better his wonderfull work. I need your help because KPN is one step above my promotional autority and so please help me give Bant what's LONG overdue. In Darkenss SWL Khan I fully support the recc. Byss is a relatively small, but very active house, and is growing into a real force to be reckoned with within the DB. This is due in no small part to Bant's leadership and the example he sets. The discussion of individual's fiction over the egroups has particularly impressed me, as has the time he appears to spend on every member of his house. In the 8 months since he was last promoted, the DB has been through a lot, and Bant's work with House Byss has not gone un-noticed. I fully agree that this needs to be formally recognised. Since his first appointment as AED of House Dominatus, when the House was first created, he has lead not only as example for his members but also as a father figure for most of our Kraths. Today, he keeps performing his duties as QUA even harder then before and the only reason why our members are active his HIS presense. Their are also fiction competitions which are based on set topics and he grades them. These competitions end with members recieving awards of one sort or another.<br> <br>He has taken up the job to create a house website. He instituted a mandatory character profile for each members, in which they were to say more than the basics about their character so that they'd make a history and get involved. He has served as Aedile for quite some time and has even taken over as acting QUA while Aseret was on leave and did an extraordinary job. His consistent service is an example for all.<br> <br> <b>As recommended by DJM Mairin Astoris</b>: Bant has been a long-standing member of the DB, and has been an Aedile since House Dominatus was first formed. His work has been continually exemplary, and his attempts to improve the activity levels and membership numbers within Dominatus are extremely good.
