I am pleased and honored to request the promotion of OE Duga Taldrya Arkarso to Primarch. As Taldryan has once again proven themselves the First Clan, Duga has proven himself the First Consul.
Duga is the Dark Brotherhood's longest serving Consul and without a doubt one of the most successful Consul's in the history of the Dark Brotherhood. Time and time again, his efforts have improved not only Taldryan but also the Dark Brotherhood as a whole.
Duga is one of those unique individuals who never asks for himself, but always asks what he can do to help others. His work in running Dark Brotherhood wide multiplayer competitions, taking on Dark Brotherhood wide projects, and organizing his Clan for battle is a lesson for all other Consuls to follow.
Duga, you have proven yourself above and beyond the rank of OE and I am happy to elevate you to OPM. Congratulations. GM Sarin
Acting as Consul of Taldryan, Duga Taldrya Arkarso has been a fundamental building block of Taldryan. Since stepping up as Consul, Duga has taken Taldryan higher then we ever thought possible. His leadership is constant and extremely efficient, leading by example and always pulling us to higher levels. When we need advice, everyone in the clan knows that Duga can be depended on for advice and that no matter the problem, we can approach him. Even in times of personal discomfort we have seen Duga always puts forth 200%.
Duga is one of those leaders who always does exactly what he says he will. His word is gold and Taldryan is a better clan for it. His projects are numerous yet always timely, and he is always fair in his decisions and Judgements. I could go on for hours about just how great Duga is for Taldryan, but his action speak louder then words.
For these reasons, I am honoured to recommend Duga Taldrya Arkarso for promotion, If anyone deserves it, it's you.

It has been a year since I last wrote to recommend Duga for a promotion. At that time, I spoke of the long line of great Taldryan Consuls and how Duga was making his name known among them. Over the last year, Duga has solidified his place among the greatest. I can say without hesitation that he has done more for the Clan than I ever did as Consul. Duga deserves to be recognized for his efforts.
There aren't many Consuls that can handle pulling a Clan through a Vendetta. There aren't many Consuls that can lead a Clan to a Vendetta victory. Duga has, and in extraordinary fashion, led Clan Taldryan to two great victories within the last year. He has continued to uphold the great tradition of dominance that was established before him; Duga has never let this great clan waiver. He has participated himself in everything he possibly could, setting the bar high for his clanmates. Duga has done well in keeping the older members of the clan active while getting the younger members involved. These acts have kept the Clan at the top.
Duga must also be recognized for everything he does outside of his Consular duties. When I was Grand Master, Duga was constantly in contact with me regarding proposed changes, updates to policies, gaming issues and the ORW. He we always there to pick up on some small details that may have otherwise fallen through the crack. I always appreciated that.
Duga's served for a long time through a lot of RL ups and downs, yet he has never failed in his duties. He is a role model for our young and old members alike. He is, without a doubt, one of the Brotherhood's finest.
I can't wait until I get to write a recommendation for Duga to receive Elder status. Until then, I believe this promotion is fully warranted.

Duga has performed admirably in his duties for quite some time now, presiding over several major events in the Brotherhood, and leading us to victory in the most recent Rite of Supremacy.
He has met, and in many cases exceeded, all the expectations I have come to desire from a leader of Taldryan. His good nature has brought much to the newer members of the clan, as has his attentiveness to procuring the input of as many as possible when it comes to making changes.
Most importantly, Duga has continued to CTF with the masses. Something that many leaders tend to forget about along the way. And when it all comes down to it, that's really what's important, right?

There isn't much that I can say about Duga that hasn't been said many times before. He's a hard working leader who has worked since day one for the betterment of Taldryan. He was a staunch supporter of reopening House Archanis and has supported me in Archanis since the house reopened in January. He pushes everyone under him to do the best that they can and contribute as much as possible to the development on the clan as a whole; I couldn't dream of working under a better consul.

Duga has been our Consul for almost 15 months now, and I think I can
safely say he's done an absolutely excellent job - and I hope that he
will continue to do it for some time to come. In the past little while,
he has done so much for the clan. The system rewrite project was only
completed because of his ability to motivate the summit (and the project
paid off...no other clan has such a pretty and in-depth display of the
systems they control). Since about January, he's also dealt with a
little shuffling around leader-wise; organizing the reopening of
Archanis was no easy task. Finally, he lead by example in the most
recent Rite of Supremacy by participating in multiple events. In the
past few months, Duga has earned some recognition for all his work.

Since I got back from my rogue-ness, and especially since being appointed Proconsul, Ive been able to see Duga shine as a leader of one of the most prominent Clans in the Brotherhood. I remember when I was resigning Consul Duga was still Quaestor of Dinaari and me and the coven of the sexy (trademarked) decided Duga would be the perfect choice as my replacement. Our faith in him has been more than justified. He has kept up the impossibly difficult task of living up to past Taldryan leaders and has even managed to raise the bar.
Duga has managed to complete a multitude of projects for the Clan including a revamp of our system, order of battle, Clan newsletter and so many other things. He has his nifty to-do list on the Tal site that is insanely full of crap hes doing, planning to do and has completed. Hes also overseen the running of some truly extraordinary competitions namely the very sexy, very EPIC Bryar Bowl, which was a huge success activity-wise with over thirty-two participants. Thats probably the thing Duga is best at. If you come to him with an idea hell help you put it in play and make sure it goes the distance.
Most recently, Duga led the Clan through another Brotherhood-wide vendetta, the Rite of Supremacy Second Darkness in which Taldryan did an incredible job, coming in either first or second place in each event and dominating the vendetta in true Taldryan fashion. Its been a long time since the Clan has done so well against the array of increasingly active competition, but were finally back to our position of dominance and a big part of that is because of Duga.
For all this and what cant be included in writing, it is my honor to submit this recommendation for Duga Taldrya Arkarso to be promoted to the rank of Obelisk Primarch. Congratulations, Duga, and keep up the terrific work.

Dugas awesome. He has done great things for the clan. Under Duga we have beaten Arcona in our feud, the Selen Incident; we won the 6th Great Jedi War; and we are getting ready to win the Rite of Supremacy 2: The Second Darkness. Personally, I think that alone should warrant his promotion to Primarch, but I shall continue. Kir may have brought Taldryan back to greatness, but Duga is pushing us farther. We have a detailed, and sexy looking, planetary system that we finished with Dugas help. We are currently doing something unprecedented. We have reopened House Archanis, and it is doing great. No other clan has ever had a third house reopen and run well. This is thanks to Duga being a great leader with a great staff around him. He makes the people around him better by doing all the things he does. We are indebt to Duga. He is always working on something for the clan. With him as CON we are always striving for the best. Duga has us striving for improvement, and making everything about the clan the best that it can be. Duga, you are an awesome guy and I thank you for all that you have done for us. Congratulations on your promo to Primarch and your next box of cookies are on me.

I would just like to reccomend Duga for promotion as he has been an awsome
CON. I have worked with him on the Tal Times and other projects for Tal and
he has been so helpfull. He has helped Taldryan to win the previous GJW and
is pushing us to do the same in the next. He has not only lead us wisely but
has participated as much as he can.
He contacts all the new members welcoming them and has played a huge part in
the re-opening of House Archanis. Without him Taldryan would not be the
great clan it is and I think that deserves a promotion. I have not been in
this clan long but have been inspired by Duga and other members to have the

While I haven't been in Taldryan as long as some other veterans, I
believe I see the same level of commitment and dedication all of us do.
Duga is without a doubt one of the most influential and driving forced
behind Taldryan. His will to better the Clan and dominate competitions
and Vendetta's is unparalleled in the Brotherhood. Duga's leadership is
demonstrated by his easiness to talk to, calm-mannered approach to
issues, and flat-out expert gaming experience. Duga is a man of few
words, and when he does speak, it's meant for something important. Duga
rightfully deserves this promotion because of his superior leadership
qualities, dedication to his clan and family, and the years of
