Every year on May 4th, we award Seals of Loyalty to members nominated by the DC and Consuls--typically one per DC, two per CON. Normally I would have asked for those nominations last week, but this year we're doing something different. In November 2015 (we used to do SoLs twice a year), eagerly awaiting the release of The Force Awakens, Sarin awarded SoLs to all Clanned and positioned members in the club. This year, we're taking a page out of Sarin's book: every member of the club who has logged into the website between January 1, 2025 and May 4, 2025 will receive a Seal of Loyalty. That this club has not just lasted but thrived for 30 years is a remarkable testament to our community, the leaders at all levels who have kept the ship on course, and especially our members who keep engaging year after year. Windows update? I just did... Oh, WINDOS, one of the Odanite "lords of managing to do a million things without ever drawing attention to themselves". I swear, every other week when I check the board I see Windos sneak up like a viper ready to bite someone and I wonder just where he's been? Windos is a crafty one, quiet, active, and ready to pounce on the leaderboards if you're not paying attention. He participated in 93 competitions over the last six months, which earned him a Crescent with a Diamond Star, one Ruby Crescent, an Amethyst Crescent, six Sapphire Crescents, 5 Emeralds, and a Quartz Crescent for good measure, bringing home an astonishing 292,750 Credits for Clan Odan-Urr. His intermittent periods of activity give our more active members a shock to their system when they wonder where he came to, before he disappears for a few weeks before repeating the cycle, often appearing in chat to showcase his latest creations from the 3D Printer.

This one is well-earned, Windos, Ever Onward!
