Leading a group of people is not the easiest thing to do, especially having to encourage them to become active and to participate. Dox has done this and now commands one of the most active Circles in Clan Tarentum not to mention himself being a regular participant in Gaming Evenings and lately in ORoS events. He has also set up an effective leadership hierarchy to take command in his absence and this structure has helped the development of the Team greatly.

Dox this past month has shown the kind of activity and loyalty to clan that is simply inspiring. Triumphing in gaming evenings and running numerous competitions for his Circle and still having time to discuss with me methods of improving the circle for his team. He also has a friendly IRC presence and always willing for a game, be it a training match or proper death match. Keep up the good work Dox J

Once again this month Dox has proven himself to be a loyal, competent and above all enthusiastic Circle leader creating numerous comps for his competitions for his circle members to partake in. Not only has he been doing his best to encourage participation with innovative competitions and a great attitude but he has also been leading by example, a principle we strive to maintain here in Gladius, by participating in every tournament that’s going each week and as of recently earning himself some distinction. As such I feel he his deserving of this token of my respect.
