Primary reason: Callus has been a necessary, driving force in Clan Plagueis well before my arrival as Consul of the Clan. In that time, he took it upon himself to revamp a failing Envoy Program - in hopes of seeing the changes stimulate change and create success amongst our members under the rank of Dark Jedi Knight. He reorganized the Envoy duties (KCE & CCE), drafted new letters, and created a MSP Page on the DB Wiki for Clan Plagueis. In addition, he took the steer by the horns and became a more active presence within the individual pairings.

He also created a Clan Envoy e-mail address, allowing for the CON/PCON/QUAs to see that he was, in fact, continually contacting new Initiates and Journeymen to help shape their development and growth. This sort of 'access' into one's e-mail is something that goes well beyond the normal expectations of leadership and shows - to me, at least - that he serves at the request of the Clan and for the Brotherhood as a role model and leader.

In addition to his duties as a Knight-Class Envoy, he also served as a Master to Nekaka and Strats. He brought both of them to their current rank (Jedi Hunter) as Apprentices and has had a heavy influence in their successes: individually and as leaders.

For being a stalwart Roll Master/Envoy and a successful mentor - I believe he has earned the previlige of his first Steel Cross.

Primary reason: There are different reasons for why Callus is still a Dark Jedi Knight after two years, but no matter what they are he is finally being rewarded for all his work. During those two years, Callus has had varying levels of activity, but over time it added up into a loyal member who's willing to help. While I cannot comment on what he did in Clan Naga Sadow or Arcona, I can on what he has done in Clan Plagueis.

Since his last promotion, Callus served as Quaestor of House Aleema in Clan Satal Keto (yeah, way long ago) for four months, during which time he released steady reports and ran tons of competitions, and then Aedile of House Exar Kun for another two months. He has also earned four Dark Crosses, two Anteian Crosses, one Bronze Nova, four Seals of Retribution, a Seal of Loyalty, thirteen crescents, three Seal of Alliance, two Dark Side Scrolls, several Clusters of Fire, a Seal of Duplicity, three Legions of the Scholar, as well as Seals of Pain.

Finally, though, is his most recent activity in Clan Plagueis, where he served first as House Envoy, and now as Clan Envoy, a job he is doing very well at. He is serving as a master to one of our Journeymen, is working on a better set of promotion guidelines, keeps the Google Groups updated, and now has taken on the task of organizing of clan-wide vendetta almost by himself, writing the weekly chapters, events, etc.

No matter what happens, Callus always ends up back in the Brotherhood, wanting to be active and help. Over two and a half years he has keep up steady activity in various leadership positions, and his activity most recently in Plagueis proves that. Primary reason: I would like to request that the Anteian Cross be awarded to Callus BoAmar for his recent work for Clan Arcona. More specifically, his work for promotion recommendations within the Clan. 

A few days ago, Callus came to me with the comment that our current promotions are ratherbland. To counteract this, he showed me a knighting ceremony from his time in Plagueis, and volunteered to write up promotion ceremonies for Clan Arcona in a similar vein. He did so promptly and almost without delay, churning out a very good set of Clan-specific ceremonies that offer a wide range of possibilities for customization, depending on whether the Clan member has a master or not, is a Battleteam member or not, which Shadowcrafting path they take, the promoting member, and more such variables. 

All in all, Callus has performed, in a short time, an admirable amount of work, and giving him the Anteian Cross for it is the least award he deserves.
