Primary reason: I was informed by Dest that you guys wanted my approval for promoting Horus to DJK as he was in Dinaari before he joined CEK. So yes, I'm giving my approval. I might not get along with Horus, or for most people for that matter, but he has worked hard to be an active member and to compete in any competition thrown at him. He left more or less during the period when he was being looked at for promotion to DJK and his new leaders have already picked up on that. So you have my approval to go along with whatever recc Talon or Dest can come up with.

I would like to suggest JH Hunter Horus Blackheart Aquillarum for a promotion. Since his return to the DB, he has been nothing but active, always full of suggestions and willing to help. Any competition he thought he could do, he did.
