Primary reason: Following the Conclave of Clan Naga Sadow for the Month of August 2005 the Clan Summit and Inner Circle wish to recommend the elevation of Dark Jedi Knight Phantom Goura Mandalore to the status of Krath Priest.

Following the Conclave of July I made two promotions I had held off for some time due to their more controversial reasoning. I had been unnecessarily cautious and chose to made both Karimicus and Raidoner wait a little longer for their promotions. However people and their interests change and I finally conceded that it was time to modernise and accept that things have moved on.

I do that again today in requesting the elevation of Phantom to the rank of Krath Priest. She is a great member though not in the conventional sense- her skills and contributions lie in the world of Star Wars Galaxies. She is one of the most active contributors to the Dark Brotherhood Player's Association. She players almost daily and dedicates a good deal of her time toward actions that directly help the Guild to thrive and grow. She is a laid back and friendly personality who is extremely helpful to new members and has helped a number of people get into the spirit of the community that makes up the Dark Brotherhood, be they members of her Battleteam or fellow members in Galaxies.

Her work as an Obelisk Sergeant is steady and she keeps up her work as well as trying her best to encourage activity in a House that has not historically been known for its high Obelisk presence.

This recommendation comes especially following the frequent recommendation for her elevation from Baron Raidoner:

Guys I think DJK Phantom is way over due for her Promotion as Sith Warrior, Phantom's activity in SWG has been outstanding not to mention her willingness to help other members complete their quest and goals. I feel that Phantom has represented the DB and our Clan in an honorable matter especially when it comes to handling politics with our allied guilds, she has always been there for all members in our time in need and she is the perfect candidate for Baron when I take a step down. While it remains one of those unusual promotions to come my way I cannot deny the contributions and the committment Phantom has shown in the name of the Dark Brotherhood.
