Teebu is a prolific competition organizer. Since his promotion to EQ4 just a year ago he has organized 143 competitions and co-organized another 35, including the recently concluded Taldryithmas, the 2023 Life Day, Pro Bowl VII, a Great Mock War for Tal, and a Tal v. Plagueis feud. Plus way, way too many Mario Kart comps. He's also participated in 169 competitions and written more than 60,000 words, primarily as an RP DM.

He started the year as PCON but stepped up in a big way when his CON had to step down suddenly and unexpectedly. He managed to both snag Second Hero of GJW XVI and lead his clan to a strong third-place finish despite all of the disruptions it suffered this year. For all of his hard work, I'm very happy to promote him to Elder 1.

Now, Elder is quite the milestone in our club. It is the sign of a member that has contributed in various positions, such as Magistrate to the Regent, Exarch Staff, Proconsul and today, Consul of Taldryan. I am not qualified to talk about that, so I will defer those to the Regent and the Exarch.

It is also a sign of a member that steps up at a moments notice, and Cassandra really stepped up. Back in April, when I stepped down due to Real Life Circumstances literally a day and a half before Taldryan began its feud with Plagueis, Cass took over my competitions for the event, going from being a participant one second to hosting it out of nowhere the next. I was watching on and off during the event itself and Cass' leadership guided Taldryan's activity during the event. Given the circumstances he'd been thrown into at a moments notice, he did amazingly. I knew Taldryan would be in good hands with him whenever I inevitably stepped down, and it was this event that confirmed it for me.

As my Proconsul, Cass was everything you would want in a second in command. Attentive, energetic, engaging, and damn near driving you up the wall at times (in the best way possible). Jokes aside, Cass was instrumental in updating the many, many Taldryan wiki pages (I really sucked at it), creating Taldryan storylines and running Taldryan RPs, an activity which took the Clan by storm last year. He also took charge of Taldryan's possesion, reorganising the fleet and army to make sense for Taldryan's Republic identity. As Consul, Cass has maintained an organised approach to leadership. He leads with an understanding, and as always, energetic, approach. He constantly updates the Taldryan Summit Trello board with tasks and objectives for his team to do. Let's not forget his monumental effort in the last GJW, where his leadership helped secure 3rd Place for Taldryan overall. He also achieved 2nd hero in that very same war, leading by example!

There is one last thing I'd like to go over. Cass was someone whom I remained in touch with once I stepped down. At any point I could, and did, message him just to talk and vent whenever I needed to. Each time he always said;

"I got you, brother."

Well, I think it's time I paid that back. This time, I've got you. Cass/Teebu, thank you for being a brilliant colleague, subordinate, boss, and friend. Congratulations on finally making Elder!

Teebu (now IC Cassandra) is a man that needs no introduction. Since joining Taldryan a while ago, I've got to watch him grow and excel into a leader that this club sorely needs, nurturing storylines and keeping Taldryan engaged on a consistent and active basis. Teebu is always keen to take on some DC staff work and expand areas for the rest of the Brotherhood at large, and has served as my Magistrate a couple of times now.

During that time he's served he's worked on numerous different projects to improve and expand the member possession experience, whether it was Armor Upgrades v1 or numerous booster releases - at least one of which only had a 72 hour turnaround on start to implementation - and numerous QoL fixes as we strive to keep possessions looking professional, accurate, and yet accessible for the members... even Teebu's most recent contributions for the soon-to-be-realised Phase 1 of the Crafting System. Teebu is always eager to jump head on into a major project that he sees large benefits to, for the betterment of not just Clan Taldryan but the Brotherhood at large.

Clan Taldryan and Teebu's placements in the recent Great Jedi War show that he is keeping his members engaged, active, and leading from the front during what is one of the club's largest yearly events by inspiring his fellow Taldryanites to stay engaged. And while Teebu does hope to be Regent himself some day, his contributions in other areas of the club whether Taldryan, Exarch Staff, running club-wide RPs, etc cannot be understated. I believe that Cassandra Tyris (Teebu) has met the threshold through persistent leadership and activity in different positions and as a member over such an extended period of time to be elevated to the Elder echelon, and am happy to supply this recommendation on behalf of the Office of the Regent.

Teebu has gone above and beyond in regards to being our "unofficial" Exarch Staffer. While he's not as involved in our core directive, he is a valuable input, contributor, and ally in championing RP for the Brotherhood. He was instrumental in the design and implementation of the Envoy Corps, and the Roleplaying Supplemental Society.

His biggest contributions on paper were the massive amount of data-logging (going back through old Telegram or submission logs from exports from the SCL, and annotating/making sure information was correct) so that previous RPers and writing was counted, and his data-projections. These data projection models are what allowed us to take our data set and sample it against hypothetical "12 Rank" system.

Teebu made charts and exports that showed us different potential scenarios based on the "points" scale we would use to determine Golden/Envoy Marks (G/EMs). G/EMs are a new, unique currency for the Brothrehood, and how they tie into the trophy projection system, so calculating and anticipating how members would a.) start our with and b.) how quickly progress along the trophy tiers was so critical to have a successful system launch. He even helped work the data and numbers post launch to make sure we could make some safe adjustments to the raw projection numbers once we actually had members alive in production.

I've had the privilege of working on multiple big projects for the DB, but can safely say that Teebu has been a one-of-a-kind contributor to the projects we've shared to date. He has shown a dedication to the club that, combined with his other leadership, shows how a member can cross the line towards the coveted Elder rank.
