Impetus and Rasilvenaira rushed to the rescue of Scholae Palatinae recently. With the recent recruiting drive sponsored by Scholae Palatinae we have seen over forty new individuals join our Clan. With the massive amount of work required of the Clan Envoy program, the team had fallen behind in ensuring that each new member was added to the House and Clan Mailers. These two not only added those whom had been forgotten, but removed countless individuals whom should no longer be on the list. They did this by cross-referencing the Google Groups lists with the DJB.com rosters. In essence, they ensured over 160 e-mail addresses were correct and removed another 80 from lists that were incorrectly updated.

This work not only serves the Clan, but the Brotherhood as it ensures our ability to communicate and engage these new, and some old, members of our club.

Scholae Palatinae battled through the Seventh Great Jedi War to attain the prestigious title of Second Clan. Under the banner of the dragon, fifty three (53) individuals contributed to our final standings - assisting in a multitude of manners across a broad spectrum of events. Of these warriors, I present an individual of great achievement before the Master At Arms to be rewarded for their contributions in this Vendetta.

Silver, while quiet for her normal standards, contributed a great deal to the CSP War Effort. She posted two, solid Run-On passages, participated in twenty six matches of JA, four matches of BF2/EaW, four ACC battles, received high marks in her four Fiction Ladder entries and similarly received full marks for her three Poetry/GFX entries. She did all of this while leading House Caliburnus as an Aedile and directing the Clan as the ACC Coach. Meaning, she pulled double duty throughout the war... answering questions/developing new members as an AED... then redoubling her efforts to pass on tidbits of wisdom and proof prospective ACC posts for members unable to fathom the complexities of a facility she has served in for over a standard year.

As for massive Clan work... She is a graphics guru for many of us. Providing images/maps of planets and facilities to enhance our clan's depth. Beyond this, she is our resident go-to coder and has done the HC home page, the CSP Summer Games page and Golden Iris page. Lastly, as we undertook opening our own server.... it was Silver whom scouted prices and has set up our ClanMod function that works so well. Without her help we never would have been able to open the server to continue our JA Lessons, unmolested from prying eyes outside of CSP.

Additionally, Silver served as the administrative counterpart for HC's Thran Occasus during the Golden Iris Conflict where she not only created the website, but oversaw the delivery of the competition's events and fiction. She inspired her House to activity and several, prominent members emerged from the House campaign (over 7 competitions in a month!) ready for GJW7. Lastly, I would be saddened not to mention her constant work on the Fiction Staff, ACC and EP within the Brotherhood. She found time to balance all of these tasks AND serve her Clan.

During the course of her time on the ACC Staff, Rasilvenaira has been promoted and awarded in various fashion by her Clan, with the mention of her work on the ACC Staff thrown in together with the rest of the recommendations. However, she has never been fully awarded for her efforts as part of the staff, and I wish to rectify that now.<br> <br> As a trainer, her duties were two-fold. One of her jobs was to be the partner for someone who wishes to qualify. That then requires her to post in the battle and in the end “judge” to determine whether someone is ready to move onto the Combat Centre proper. Her second set of duties were the “training” aspect. This involves not only posting against someone, but also giving them detailed points and tips on each of their posts. These are some of the most time consuming jobs in the DB, and she did it all while continuing to be an active and integral part of her own House and Clan. Altogether she was responsible for well over 30 such training and qualification matches. This is then on top of being on IRC, and being an active “helper” in the ACC channel, guiding those newcomers around the ACC itself. She has also “won” ACC MVP two months in a row, being an integral part of keeping much of the workload off the shoulders of the CM and DCM during that time, while they concentrated on the RoS.<br> <br> For all of her hard work and dedication to the ACC during her time on the staff, she is more than worthy of this award. <br> <br> Thank you
