Kieran. He's an ACO currently and that's simply unfair, the guy has aced the second phase in the Clan Run On on the message boards. Kieran has shown a great activity level thusfar in the DB. He has taken 5 SA Exams, found IRC and has talked with some members of Arcona, participated in my SW Trivia Comp, Fiction Comp, and Clan Run On. He is deserving of this promotion and I only hope to see more thing's from him in the future.
