He has been on IRC and talked to his clan, he has signed up for the ACC. He also helped his clan defeat Arcona in the recent feud. Protector Ricco has been a great help to Taldryan of late. He participated in the poetry and graphics events in the Taldryan-Arcona feud. Although he did not place in either, his contributions were significant and the summit has decided that a promotion to the rank of Guardian is appropriate.

Primary reason: Count Ricco has gone on a spree of taking SA courses. In the last three days he's completed five of them, including the Test of Wisdom, Conflict Mediation, AOL Instant Messenger, ACC Initiates Course and Dark Jedi Meditation. Origionally I was planning on promoting Ricco for taking the last four courses, but he was automatically promoted for the Test of Wisdom.
