Elevation Request: Sith Warrior Zeron (8003)

Zeron is one of many members I have had the pleasure of watching grow within the Brotherhood. When Zeron joined the Brotherhood, he exploded on the scene with a phenomenal level of activity. I wondered at the time if he would be able to maintain that activity. So often I've seen members come into the Clan, like fire crackers, they show a grand burst of activity, but sadly, they quickly fade. Zeron, however has been more like a steady bonfire, tirelessly working toward the improvement of the House, the Clan, and of himself. His record his quite impressive, since his last promotion Zeron has accumulated a wide array of awards: 222 Clusters of Fire, 11 Legions of the Scholar, 15 crescents, a Seal of Loyalty, 5 Seals of Darkness, a Seal of Dominance, a Dark Cross, Anteian Cross, Steel Cross, and a Grand Cross.

Zeron strives to help out wherever he can, be it working on adding to the Clan's fictional development in the creation of NPCs for the Clan's military, to making himself available to assist Clan and House summit in any task, large or small. Zeron's gift of mentorship is constantly present, first in his work as the House Envoy for Caliburnus, and now as the Clan Envoy. He makes himself available to new members and old alike, willing to answer questions and provide guidance. The work of an Envoy is vital to a House or Clan's continued growth, but it is often a test of patience, and many times a thankless job. Zeron however, faces this challenge with sincere dedication and an open mind, always working to improve things as much as he can. I am truly proud of Zeron's accomplishments, he has grown in to a steadfast and valuable pillar of the Clan and House, and I look forward to working with him in the months ahead. Zeron has more than earned the rank of Sith Warrior. Congratulations, Zeron. =)

To whom it may Concern;

I have had the extreme luxury of working with Zeron for the last 4 or 5 months. In this time, I have seen Zeron grow not only as a member of this club but as a leader. Zeron served in House Caliburnus as House Envoy for many months. During his tenure there, he was very precise with welcoming and informing the new members of the House. It was comforting to know that I did not have to strain myself working with the Journeymen of the house, because Zeron had the Envoy Position on lock down.

Nearly 5 months later, Zeron has moved out of my domain and become the KCE for CSP. In the short time he has been there, Zeron forced the MSP into being something functional. This includes bi-weekly reports from Masters and Students which update his records with all the things the pairings have done. This is extremely efficient for promoting the journeymen as they progress. Zeron also manages the CSP Clan Trivia, an integral part of clan participation.

Zeron mentored GRD Fionn dan Locut'hal in the Assistant envoy position, so that when he was promoted, the position was filled. At first I was reluctant, but Fionn proved to have learned well from Zeron's Teachings. Zeron's interest and drive to help really benefited the clan in this case, because of an absence of apparent leading bodies. This mentoring is exactly what the clan needs to work on a long scale. I am proud of Zeron and everything he has done in the envoy positions.

Zeron has openly discussed envoy choices with me, a House summit member, so that I am not left out in the dark. His communication skills are great and he is extra friendly. Zeron is one of the better members of the Envoy community, and he ought to be rewarded for that. He runs a tight ship, but don't let that fool you. Zeron is always down for some fun, be it gaming or otherwise. Z has also stepped up as an enforcer of clan policy, monitoring the Clan channel at all times. He keeps things in order and is sure to fill the proper steps when some misbehavior occurs. In a tumultuous time, discipline like Zeron provides is critical to the structure and network of our clan.

During his tenure as Envoy, Zeron maintained a level of personal activity that was unfathomable. He participates regularly in the CSP JA lessons, Gaming Nights, as well as many other things. He has racked up a ton of Cfs and many Crescents. Some of these crescents came from the CSP summer games, where Zeron participated perfectly. His personal activity dwarfs mine a hundred times, and that is an extremely good thing. I applaud Zeron for all his hard work and suggest that he be elevated to Sith Warrior. Congratulations Z, keep up the Stellar work.

Zeron has, quietly, progressed through the ranks of the Brotherhood, serving in the Knight's Society of Envoys. It is a thankless task, but I wish to recognize his efforts - specifically in Scholae Palatinae - as both an Envoy and a Member.

As a Companion Class Envoy (House Envoy), Zeron worked endlessly to provide welcome letters, follow-ups, and weekly mentorship notifications that helped the younger members understand the general direction of growth in the Brotherhood. He did this consistently, without question, under three previous Knight Class Envoys (KCE) before he, himself, received the position of KCE. Already, in a short period of time, he has brought a renewed effort to the Master-Student Program by getting the Masters (and Apprentices) to send in bi-weekly reports and monthly check-ups on Master assigned tasks that are in line with the Clan Promotional Guidelines.

As a member... wow... where to begin. Unquestionable loyalty, discipline to empowering the Clan vision and vigorous efforts to reach out to each member of the Clan. His activity gears up when the Clan needs him most... he can dials it up when his Clan, or House, Summit asks it of him. And then, above it all, he will jump into the fray and lead by example when he feels it is necessary. Additionally, he has launched several competitions - each receiving fair participation - and has undertaken the responsibility of running the Weekly IRC Trivia competitions for the Clan and competitions specifically designed for members whom rank under Jedi Hunter (to provide better opportunities for the Journeymen).

Overall, I cannot think of a Dark Knight that spends so much time working as a leader, mentor and developer of Clan Initiative. Zeron is a talented member and will have a bright future in the ranks of Scholae Palatinae... and it starts with his first step into the Equite Class.
