Primary reason: Rho Ozrei d'Tana has been leading in Arcona now for 6 months. Starting out as Aedile, Rho combined his duties with Clan Envoy to administrate the arrival of new members with a more pro-active role in leading House Galeres and assisting his QUA, Zandro Erinos. In his rise to Quaestor, Rho proved he is more than capable in leading a House. His communciation with members is excellent, he has a good handle on the battle teams in his House, he co-ordinates well with his BTL's and he ensures that there are competitions and activities for his members. Furthermore, Rho can lead by example with high qulaity submissions and good participation in Clan competitions. Rho is also extremely good at monitoring and rewarding the memebrs of his House. Although Rho has only just started as a leader in Arcona he has proven he has the grit and characetr to survive in such a role. Even better than this, he is organised, plans well and has great ideas to help expand and develop his House. Rho, your efforts to date have been exemplary and while you need no encouragement, let this award be a token of our appreciation for your excellent start as a leader in Arcona. Primary reason: Rho dTana has been a diamond in the rough for too long. Over the past 6 months he has been taken out, polished up and now glistens for all to see. Rho is a member who is utterly dedicated to the Clan. A man who will do any job, without gripe - no matter how vast or trivial. He is a man of initiative and independence. He is, in my eyes, a beacon of hope in a Clan with problems it has never faced before. Rho is a future leader, of Arcona. He is already displaying many of the qualities and with furtehr trying he will acquire all of the skills. This promotion symbolises Rho's maturation into a powerful, fully recognised leader of this Clan. Rho has helped advise and develop many of the Resurrection policies. His feedback is always well delivered and important. He has NEVER disappointed or failed me to date and I do not see it happening anytime soon. Rho dTana has surpassed all of my expectations. When he first came to the clan, he was a quiet individual with little ambition, however over the past year he has come out of his shell, made a lot of friends and developed a fanatic loyalty for Arcona that is both refreshing and at times hilarious. He gained the position of Clan Envoy around 4 months ago and has worked tirelessly to ensure that all of our newer members were mailed within 24 hours of arriving, as well as employing numerous Envoys to assist him in the task. Hes managed our mailing lists, making sure that everyone was on it and has also headed up the Master/Student process in Arcona in my stead. On top of this, hes participated in a fair few competitions thrown his way in the form of the 3 recent clan-level ROs. Also worthy of note is the fact that Rho has taken on no less than two apprentices, both of whom are excellent additions to the clan due in large part to his guiding hand. Rho has truly been an inspirational leader, taking on more on more responsibility without shirking from duty he has the trust of the clan and is a stalwart we cant do without. Primary reason: Rho has been invaluable over the Christmas period, not only as Clan Envoy but also as my de-facto administrative assistant. His counsel has been a useful counterpoint to my own, and he is often the soothing voice on some of my more controversial policies and ideas for Arcona. He has taken on more and more work in Arcona and although he currently lacks the time in a leadership position, he has all the hallmarks of one of the DBs greats. Id like him to be awarded with the Anteian Cross for his help over Christmas, specifically with the Summit Convocation, his Envoy duties (handling the entire Clans, as we have no House Envoys), his handling of the Clan Google groups and for also adding the personal touch to his new-member interactions, often chasing them up on IRC to make sure theyre settling in well.
