After discussing it with the CHAN, I had come to the conclusion that the original awards were not justified by the level of participation of two particular members of CSK. While the rest of the Clan made their attempts, these two tore through the competition like a juggernaut as they fought and bled in the CSK Bloodbath (ACC). It is with thanks that I would like to award these two, specifically, for their efforts and the impression they left me with of their determination and loyalty to us, the Clan. I completely disregarded the wins/losses, as originally stated by the competition specifics, again, after discussing it with the CHAN and decided to look at the entirety of their efforts as "merit". These two, by far, had the most battles out of the entire Clan - not only with each other, but striving for a diverse group of opponents, some being many levels above their rank. They each became role models for the Clan, through this one competition, and sparked an interest in the ACC from our newest members. They are an asset to Satal Keto and I am sure that they will continue to be, in the future. To lead the house after quite a period of stagnation that saw members loosing interest. Enter Selket! She has answered our call to come and serve the house in its time of need. Firing a barrage of interesting/innovative (want to say you ever heard before about a comp by the title: Aleemas Alligator Appetizers ? :P) competitions to draw the attention of the members that were still with us.<br> Her job isn't easier than that of any of us, without an AED (posts on djb.org didn't have a result, can you believe it ?) since her appointment she has been running the house single handedly. At times it does get tiresome and frustrating to try to push people who decided they won't budge, but it is exactly this keeping trying it that I want to award. No matter what keep pushing Selket, as long as they didn't grow roots they will start moving and maybe they too would appreciate your effort, as we do, when they find how much fun it can actually get here! <br><BR> My wish to award her with this promotion goes to satisfy what I feel she has done as QUA over quite a long period of time with the same unwavering dedication and to motivate her to get every thing ship shape for the future. <br> We would need leaders willing to pay close attention to all of their members needs large or small.
