Malik has had the most tests of anyone to grade, as the Sith Flight Studies are a popular selection amongst our brethren who join us from the TIE Corps. Amidst countless other duties, Malik selflessly ensures all of his tests are returned promptly, and kept me up to date via personal reports on a frequent basis - something I asked for from many staff members, and did not receive. Malik is a character of particular strength, and his actions all reflect the tremendous effort he puts into everything he does. For the little time he has to sit and take a break, I think it would be nice if he had this Star of Eos to look at over coffee. ;)

Malik is a great member to have in Clan Naga Sadow. During our post-Horizons feud, Chasing Horizons, he participated in four competitions. These include the week 1 flash game, the week 1 graphics, the week 2 flash game, and the week 3 graphics. He is also frequently on IRC and highly active. He talks to the newer members of the Clan and is always able to offer them advice or assistance while remaining an enthusiastic member. Furthermore, Malik recently ran a competition for the Clan entitled Name the Sons. For all this, it is with great pleasure that I recommend this award! Congrats, Malik!

Malik, despite his tenure, still finds time to get involved in our feuds. In Chasing Horizons, he participated in the majority of offerings, while making himself visible to the clan as a participant. While no longer carrying the title of Sadow, Malik continues to display the qualities one would expect of them. He continues to offer his wisdom and experience as a leader to the members of the Summit as they require it, continuously provides support on our mailing lists for competitions and feuds and is a constant supportive voice on IRC for young and old members alike. This newly re-anointed Son of Sadow may claim he lacks any skills, but I say he has the most important one of all: Commitment. He is constantly pulling full participation marks, regardless of having no real need of it, simply because he can. That participation in the Dark Crusade, and all things within the Clan, is more than reason for an AC.

Malik has been an awesome, dedicated Son of Sadow. He participated in three events in the first chapter of the Crusade, and all five in the second chapter. He also earned a Bronze Nova for the fiction and Gold for the Shadow Academy in chapter II! His activity on our mailing list and IRC are both fantastic. I feel proud to write this recommendation for Malik Sadow. Since his promotion to Elder bracket his activity in the daily running of clan events has not dwindled, as he is one of the most valuable members that we have inside Clan Naga Sadow. He has taken part in the Proving Grounds event in an amazing eight out of nine, that in turn has earned him a Legion of the Scholar as well as several Crescents in the recent House event What Lies Beneath Run-on competition.

Even though Malik has reached the pinnacle of his advancement inside the Brotherhood, he does not stop taking part in a total of 13 competition. Malik’s activity if not for his own benefit but for the benefit of those around him, he is the standard to which others should hold themselves. Congratulations Malik, you are an example to follow.

Malik has been a constant force of activity within the Clan, proving that even old timers can find things to do to keep themselves busy. This approach to the club also reinforces Malik's principle of just enjoying what the club and the community have to offer. That not everything has to be done to work towards your next promotion (although he wouldn't mind one), he mainly contributes to the club because he enjoys it. This drive is usually hard to find in members who have been in the club "over half their lifetime", as Malik would state :P

It is with great honor that I reward Malik with his efforts and recognize his contribution to the Clan and the club. I hope that he proceeds down this path and continues to act as an example for other Elders. Malik's selfless acts of activity without seeking reward is something that is rare to come across in a person.

I would also like to add that Malik had offered his services to me whilst I was adjusting as Quaestor a few weeks ago. It is great to see a member notice that he could offer help in a particular situation and rise to the task, especially a veteran member who asks for nothing in return.

Since his last recognition, too long ago, Malik has participated in twenty-seven competitions placing in three of them. He earned himself three Crescent with Amethyst Stars as well as participating in trivia competitions which have earned him three Legions of the Scholar. His submissions to Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, Star Wars Commander and Star Wars the Old Republic has earned him seventy-five Clusters of Fire and one Pendant of Blood.

His service to the Shadow Academy has garnered him three Scrolls of Foundation, whilst the halls have also been graced with his presence and seen him complete six courses and earning one degree. Malik has also participated in one PvE and fiction activity, writing five-hundred and twenty-eight words earning one Cluster of Ice for his efforts.

I hope you continue this positive and energetic presence within the Clan. You are a great example for everyone in Naga Sadow, and we really appreciate your help, guidance and witty remarks on Telegram!
