CON Report 6-14-03

Well, here it is, the weekly CON report where you will find EVERYTHING you need to know about the DB if you’re in Taldryan! (at least I hope so!)

DB News

-There is currently a DB-wide AWOL check running. If you haven’t already, go to djb.org and login with your dossier number and password, which will automatically mark you active! You only have until this Tuesday or your profile will be deleted!!

-Last week was the end of the Independence games, and results are being posted as each judge finishes his/her judging. So far I am VERY happy with the number of entries from Taldryan! So go check it out and see if you won anything!! (http://independence.starfleetacademy.net/)

-This week on the zone there is a Jedi Knight WoW. CF’s will be awarded for wins and losses, so get out there and play some matches! (for more info see the main DB news page)

-Jac’s DGM website is finally up! You can go there for anything you’d like and you can find it here: http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.org/dbjedi/dgm/index.asp

-Yacks has posted the updated Dark Covenant (rules and regs) now with expected IRC behavior included. Please take a moment and go to the message board and read this over: http://www.chaoslogic.com/db/message_board/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=367

-New June KMT’s have been released by the KHP! The story topic for June is “Judgment” and the poem topic is “The Seven Deadly Sins”. And don’t forget the Exodus competition, which ends June 21st!

-Interclub Training Nights will be held every Saturday, at 4pm, in #Outerrim, get in there and represent Taldryan!

Taldryan News

• “Project: Restored Glory” starts…NOW! It will run from today (Saturday, June 14th) for two full weeks until Sunday, June 29th. The website can be found at http://www.manicflat.freeserve.co.uk/project/. Just enter the site and be sure to read the “Information” and “About” links so you know all the rules. Just a quick few notes here, and they are important. PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL TALDRYAN MEMBERS. If you are in Taldryan right now, you must submit an entry for at least ONE event of any sort (open or order-specific). Another note is that you can do any event you would like, regardless of what your order is. If you’re a Krath but want to fly in the Sith ladder, go for it! So get to the website and start sending all submissions my way!
  

-Last week everyone in Taldryan received a personal email from me. While I have received a good number of responses already, I was hoping to hear from everyone that I emailed. If you haven’t replied, please take a moment to do so when you can, I really want to hear from everyone in Taldryan!

-Are you on IRC and bored? Try joining #archanis, #dinaari, and #ektrosis! They’re great places to meet other clan members and to chat, hope to see everyone there!

-Dinaari AED Shaithis will be on leave until Tuesday evening sometime.

Unfortunately Ektrosis lost a member this week, as DJK Blade had to resign to the rogues for now due to RL issues; we hope to see him back eventually!

Also last week I forgot to mention that Anga has also departed the DB for good, we wish her well!!
