Hi everyone,

As I am sure most of you have guessed settling in to my work has taken rather longer then I had expected and hoped, we are still pretty much rushed off are feet getting ready for the new chip and pin systems which you will all be seeing soon in stores when you buy anything by credit card.

This being the case I will be out of contact for another couple of weeks but there are things I am doing and planning for the order so there will be a fairly major set of changes, which will start when I get back.

Part of this is new platforms.

Some of these I am thinking about myself (Freelancer and Star Fleet Armada 2) but I am sure there are lots more, which you can think of.

With this in mind I am going to run a small competition, this is DB wide anyone of any order can take part and win.

The idea of the competition is fairly simple, find a new platform for the Sith and write a short report why we should use it.

The report should include: -

·Any and all general information (min spec’s, price on Amazon, age etc…)

·Links to Star wars (mod’s or skins)

·Why you think it would be worth it for us to adopt it

·Where you would see the game in terms of the sith order (e.g. will it be a major or minor platform, could it be a single player or MP type game?)

·How much work will it require for the order and individual houses to make this work?

Winners will be based on the benefit that the platform would bring to the sith, in the event (the quite likely event) of two people making the case for the same platform, the winner will be the one who is more convincing.

Winners will receive order level Crescents the amount of winners will depend on the level and amount of entries.

The only main restriction is that platforms must comply with the new Order platforms so all entries must fall into the category of: -

Flight Combat or Flight based Strategy (e.g. XWA and Star Trek Armada 2)

This is your chance to really make a difference within the Sith so please get those entries in!
