Competition Update:

Raist was the only one to submit to the Pre-DB Fiction competition earning him a Crescent w/ Sapphire star for his effort. Congrats.

I have a new competition that will be more to the Obelisk way of life. 3 ways of combat, for the entire month of August. JK1, JK2, and ACC. Most wins gets shinies. The CSP invitational is running for the same time, so here's what I'm going to do. Any match you win against someone from HPG, will also count for this comp. If you win against someone from another clan, it will only count towards the CSP comp. You have to report all matches anyway so I know you're participating. And if you don't participate in either competition, you are AWOL'd. I am no longer tolerating inactivity. Oh, and 1 match isn't gonna do it either. I have to see that you are active and 1 match is not activity, it's crap.

There's a runon at the CNS messageboard about the split. I want to see a strong HPG showing in this one. Raist and I have already been contributing, I want to see more. And I don't want to see just one or two posts, I want to see consistent posting, or atleast a contribution to the storyline. This counts as major activity, and is rewarded well. I'm sure you all saw the awards from the last runon.

Other News:

There's a poll on djb.org to decide the new rank names for the obelisk order. If you don't vote on the choices, and you don't like what the names are changed to, i don't want to hear bitching. This is the time for your voice to be heard, so log in and vote. It takes at most 2 minutes, and that's if your internet connection is laggy.

The ACC is up and running, Raist and I are already registered there with character profiles so join it, set up your character sheet, and challenge us to fight, i think you can get CF's for wins.

As usual, there are plenty of competitions in the entire DB that you could all participate in.

• The Inter-club training event is held every saturday, easy way to get medals

• August will be the month for the CSP Invitational, it sounds like it will be alot of fun.

• Most Wins Competition - JK1, JK2, ACC combat, most wins gets medals (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

• Exodus run-on at the CNS messageboard

• OHC cup every Saturday in #obelisk
