After slaving over hundreds of these entries already (test entries, not people, don't panic :P), I've devised a nicer set of rules. Any further submissions will have to follow these to the letter.

1) Submissions must include your DB PIN and proof. Proof may be in the form of another official online record, or forwards of the mails from the Professors.

2) If you choose to use the forwaring system, you must CC: the Professors of the Courses. Any IWATS PROF who turns around and says, "Hey! I didn't pass that person!" will put a slight damper on your record.

3) It's preferable that you include the number of courses, or even a list of the courses, that you have passed to date. This way, I can go through and do the people who only have a course or two to enter when I'm on the run. ;)

Anyone who can't be bothered to submit their DB PIN to me henceforth (which has been a significant number of people) accepts that I can't be bothered to enter them. It's another stupid little thing that adds up on my time schedule.
