Vicious was supposed to be leaving but now he's not.

I've sent out several emails to members of the house, active and inactive. Each one was an personal type of thing. If you didn't get one, then that means 1 of 2 things: you are already being AWOL'd for one reason or another, or I have already spoken to you.

Aside from major house news, my ACC fight with Raist is almost over, I have no doubts as to who the winner will be, but in case I'm wrong I don't want to say anything. Chances are, I'm right though. hehehe.

I changed my name from J`Rai to Jonuss, an idea I had for a competition (Self Discovery) and the story I'm writing for it will explain the whole thing.

Only about a week left until I AWOL all of the useless people and we can get back to making this house awesome.

Activity:

Well, August is almost over which means the month long activity check is nearly over. I've seen activity increase, so I'm pretty happy, but I could be happier. Keep it up guys and let's see how much better we can be.

Remember, anyone who does not participate in something that counts as activity (SA test taking, matches, ACC stuff, Run-on, other comps, et cetera) will be booted from the clan unless they have spoken to me ahead of time. There are plenty of comps to participate in. We've got a run-on going on at the clan messageboard, the CSP Invitational is still going on, the OHC Cup is still going on (I think this is in the final stages though, check with Khobai to make sure), my monthly most wins comp is going on, so far I've gotten one submission and that was a match I was in. Here's a refresher, it's 1 vs 1 NF SABS combat in either JK1 or JK2 with members of the house. Challenge me, challenge Raist, challenge anyone as long as they are house members. There's also the Roast of Goat comp going on until Sept 11th. All of these can be found on the competition page at djb.org. I suggest you check it out often.

Master/Student Program:

Currently we don't have a formal setup for the master/student program, but I'd like to get something setup. I've already been told by Raist on several occassions that he refuses to take a student. That's ok, I'll make him do it anyway. hehehe, j/k. If you are DJK and above and think you can help the younger members by being their master, let me know. As it stands, we only have 1 M/S pairing.

Promotions/Awards/Tests

Activity this week has been kind of slow, but I've gotten more submissions for the Goat Roast comp.

No promotions this week

Awards: I know we had some wins at the OHC cup this weekend so we should be seeing the medals for them soon. other then that, we had nothing.
