All competitions, whether they are on the Battle Team level or the Order level, must be approved through the Deputy Grand Mistress' website http://dgm.minos.net. If your competition is not approved through the website, you cannot award medals for your competition. So if I do not see a competition ID within a competition award recommendation, the award will be denied. Competitions include something as small as weekly trivia, motto suggestions, and to things as large as Clan-wide feuds.
So don't forget to get your competition approved. It makes a lot less work for all of us.

Last I checked, there wasn't an abundance of competitions being run anyway. So why discourage running competitions by imposing even more dumb rules?
I'd rather see this, then keep seeing people getting medals for doing dick all. This way, its decided before hand if the comp is worth the medal being awarded, and won't waste the CHAN's time.
