Taldryan CON Report 9-7-03

Ok well I’ve got lots of DB stuff to do today, plus some RL homework, so a fun day for me! So lets start with getting this report written and sent, here we go.

DB News

-IMPORTANT: If you are signed up for the ACC ladder and haven’t posted yet, there is a 72 hour time limit in which if you don’t post, you forfeit the match, so make sure to post in a timely fashion!

-The SCL is having computer problems (ironic eh?) so he probably won’t be around until Friday, if you have any SCL-type problems, email his praetor JaM3z

-Mav is starting a Diablo 2 Guild, so if you are interested, check out the topic on the message board at http://www.chaoslogic.com/db/message_board/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=915&whichpage=1 or email Mav.

-The Headmaster announced some changes to the way new members will join houses and get promoted, so check that out on djb.org, especially if you are of PRT rank or below

-The Krath Monthly Topics for September are “Songs of Experience” and “Love

-The HRLD has bought a registered copy of mIRC stats, if you want to go check it out, here’s where you can find it:

-Interclub Training Nights will be held every Saturday, at 4pm, in #Outerrim, get in there and represent Taldryan!

-Clan Motto Comp: I’ve already had a bunch of submissions, but keep them coming! If you haven’t heard of this, I’m asking for everyone to submit an idea for a new clan motto because the current one is old. You can send in as many submissions as you want, so send them to me by next Friday! The winner gets a shiny Dark Cross!

-I talked to the CM, and he is arranging a ACC ladder for just Taldryan members, so if you haven’t signed up for the ACC yet, DO SO NOW! That way you can participate!

-I broke down this week and put my picture in the DB Picture Database, so if you want to see what your CON really looks like, you can see it here:

-Ektrosis has a new competition, the HeroMachine Comp! Go to http://www.heromachine.com/ and make a picture of your DB persona, then send it to QUA Shadow Virus (oh by the way, QUA Nemesis changed his DB name to Shadow Virus, but it’s the same person, don’t worry)
